“I sent an email that my discount code was not applied and no one reached back. Makari did not provide my shipping address to UPS. My parcel was delayed for Days and I went to Pick it up at their store after repeated calls”

“I bought products worth over 800 dollars and buy reduced only 19 of them out of a total of 22. I kept sending mails to Makari and customer care kept sending the same mail to me over and over again asking for more pictures for proof even though I had sent photos initially. It’s been a terrible experience and I won’t be buying from the online store ever again.”

“Considering how expensive these products are, one would expect good customer service but that isn’t the case. I ordered the products on the 1st of June. It was shipped on the 3rd, I received it on the 14th. Used it 15th & 16th then stopped because of the breakout and rashes. Sent a message on the 20th, finally got a response on the 22nd and whoever that rep was just left the chat without informing me, kept me waiting indefinitely and the next response was another 24hrs. I purchased other products but I am scared of using the other ones because of this breakout and mysterious rashes I got! - what a total waste! I need my money back! This was my first time buying from the company and it was horrible. I will definitely not be recommending this company to anyone!”

“Awful customer services, very awful. Placed an order almost 2 weeks ago, I have sent 2 emails and contacted customer services via your enquiry page and no one has bothered to respond to my queries. My order is still showing pending after paying almost 200 pounds for some products”
