“I bought exclusive tone boosting body milk. First my order package was damaged before getting to my location and the items itself was opened inside. Which I was expecting Makari to have taken a good precaution because of the ongoing pandemic situation on Covid 19. After the the order claimed was approved I was forced to communicate with route and left alone to bear the issue despite I have to send the order back with additional money with a tracking number. I was treated so bad because somehow someone must have told them to do this to me.”

“I want to encourage those of you waiting for your orders. I ordered my products on April 4th and didn't get it until May 12, 2020. Between those times I sent several emails to both Makari and Routes which were ignored. However, on May 12 to my surprise it came even though Makari had informed me that they considered the products lost and Routes was processing my claim. It is frustrating, waiting and being ignored but the chances are its still on its way”
