“It took 1 month before getting my product but due to the time right now it was ok,not a big deal. What i DIDNT like was the customer service that was very poor. Never answered a email or the phone, not even whatsapp when i was wondering where my stuff were. But good product’s”

“The shipping and the packaging is excellent. I can not say how excellent the product is right now because I just started using this product from May 2nd 2020 (Naturalle carotonic extreme serum, cream, lotion and soap) So, I will be back, one month from May 02 2020 to give you all, my lived experience review. “I first used Makari about 6yrs ago to clear up my skin after pregnancy, the exclusive line to be precise. It worked like a charm. My complexion was flawless and I got about 3-4 shades lighter. I have been too busy to take good care of my skin like I used to until this quarantine period. Purchased the duo pack and the Premium plus combo. All it took was four days and my skin was glowing again. Soft and satin smooth and I smell delicious after use. I just love Makari and I pray I get to be their brand ambassador someday. The best skin care products ever.”

“While the product is excellent it took more than a month for my order to come after a lot of unanswered emails,messages etc. We all know times are different but the waiting period was excessive, no problem with the product yet as I have been using for just a week but so far all seems good.”

“I ordered for Makari Naturalle set, the delivery was delayed due to Covid-19, i wrote to the customer service, i got prompt reply and the goods was delivered less than a week. “When I received my cleasing cream today the bottle was not full. It looked as if some was poured out or if it was used. I would like to have it replaced. It took over a month to receive the product but Other than that, I love your product!”
