“The shipping Agent always require an invoice. I did not receive that invoice for my last order. To date I have not receive that package. You sent to me an app to track my order. When I tried it, there was a note in red saying it could not work in my country. I received a mail from the shipping agent that they received the package but would not deal with it without the invoice. The product is doing great for me, and I am sharing it with friends and family. The shipping issue I must address before my next Order. It would prudent if the company could assign someone to work with me personally in the future.”

“Have been searching for a good lotion all my life buying the wrong products and a friend introduced me to makari products.........so far the best of them all ! My skin is looking silky soft like a baby bam. I am loving makari products and I am going to introduce makari products to all my friends and family.”

“Products are excellent you notice healthier looking skin within a week. I spend a lot . Love the packaging too. They never send out samples even with big orders that’s what’s kind of strange about Makari”

“Have developped big dark spot on my face around the eye areas and it looks horrible.It looks like my face is burnt... Using the exclusive cream for about 5 years now and I need help and advice to correct the dark spots on my face. Also not getting feedback from customer service regarding my recent order status for a week now.”

“My order delayed and didn’t arrive on time. I do experience burning sensation with use of the products that I bought, which happened many years ago at the time I used your product and the reason I stopped shopping your product until recently. I am hoping that this will stop with time. If not, I will stop use again!”

“your customer services sucks. I called and sent you an email and it has been almost a week and I haven't heard from you. I got two packaged over a week ago and one of the package 2/3 of products were missing and one bottle left in was open and spilled, and package completely open. the second package the lotion were spilled, seal broken and all out of the box. At this moment I will have to reach out to my bank to get the money back because there is no point of waiting for people who never respond. I even reached out to the WhatsApp and never got a response either. please do better”
