I always get the wrong order and there is always no one to speak to. My recent order was wrong I tried calling do many times the line was always busy.i have decided to stop ordering from makari

I received my order a few days ago, but due to my pretty busy schedule I had not opened up the packaged yet and decided to leave it in my room until I’m ready to try it out. I opened up the pastel today and I was terribly disturbed to see that the cleaning toner has leaked all over the other products! Everything in soaking wet in the toner and the bottle is completely empty! Pictures and videos below to show you. I would like a full refund of the money I paid for the toner or at least a nieuw one. Thank you.

SINCE 5TH of March I purchased my product and I have no idea of it location. I am in Canada as a visitor I will be moving soon, 20 days after no product. No answer from the customer service even when they do, the communication is not clear. Your products are highly expensive but your services are poor in terms of helping costumers. Please works on that and it will be fine. Thanks

Unfortunately as it is a government agency we cannot ask them to expedite your package. Furthermore, in view of the current Global situation we please ask that you be patient. I had a terrible experience. It took over a month for me to receive my items. Apparently, there was an issue with the address I provided - and Makari needed a street address instead of a P.O. Box. But there was no communication after I placed the order - no one reached out to me for an updated address. I had to get in touch weeks after my order to follow up! And even after that, the response wasn’t swift. I eventually received my items but personally, this was NOT good customer service.

I haven't received my order and it was sent back to the seller. I have tried to contact the seller a lot of times and I still cant get my order or refund. Kindly look into it fast. I sent email to makari, no replies.

I do not understand your method of shipment. Is taking to 2 weeks I still can not receive my order. This is very poor. Is better I buy from a vendo who will take three business day to ship my product.

Bad experience. They made me buy their products knowing well that the turkey :flag-tr: government don't allow those kind of items to come in their country. And before buying I asked them. Now they are making my life difficult to refund the money.
