“BEWARE EVERYONE THE COMPANY ARE SCAMMERS! I had the worst experience with this scammer (Makari de Suisse).I ordered and paid $232 online on April 6, 2020, first it took more than two weeks to get an invalid order number that they later claimed was lost on April 28, 2020. I was asked to file a claim with their sisterly scammer company Route and it was approved for replacement on May 7, 2020. Up till date May 19, 2020, Makari de Suisse did not reply emails or send any valid order number. I will not order from this scammers again, if I get this order done with them.”

“I bought exclusive tone boosting body milk. First my order package was damaged before getting to my location and the items itself was opened inside. Which I was expecting Makari to have taken a good precaution because of the ongoing pandemic situation on Covid 19. After the the order claimed was approved I was forced to communicate with route and left alone to bear the issue despite I have to send the order back with additional money with a tracking number. I was treated so bad because somehow someone must have told them to do this to me.”

“I won't be ordering from your site anymore. I received my order two months after I placed it. I can understand the delay in light of the Covid-19 situation. But I've sent out a dozen e-mails to which I've never gotten a reply… Very disappointing! No customer care! poor service ! no feedback on the progress of my order from the brand. What a shame. You put an email on your site that is useless. since you're not answering.”

“I placed my order on April 4th. Today is May 8th and I have not received my order. They claim the item is lost and that they filed a claim with Routes and that I would hear back within 2-3 business days, it been over a week and I have yet to hear from other Routes or Makari. My emails to either Routes or Makari has gone unanswered. I am very disappointed in this company. bad customer service”
