“The carotine serum and lotion burned my skin so bad and left me with hives and a bad itchy rash all over my body that wont go away no matter all kinds of hydrocortisone and calamine lotion applied. Never purchasing again. Requested for a refund and got no response. Zero value for money. I'm very disappointed yet I spent alot.”

“I don’t like this website . I order some products of more than hundred dollars two weeks now but anytime I try to track my package they are telling me there is no order though I was withdrawn. What kind of nonsense is this? The worse when I de d them an email no replying , when I called no answer either ...”

“I have placed an order with order number 100173116 since May 13, 2020. Each time I sent a message requesting for my shipping tracking number Makari Staff will deliberately hang up calls on me sometimes they pick to make ridicule of me. The product is serum which they made me regretted of buying from them I would have bought another product apart from Makari. I strongly believed someone told them to use my order as a means to frustrating me up till I have not recieve any shipment info on that particular order.”

“Ordered items on 5/17/20 received a part shipment on 5/28!!! Just the lightening ensemble package. It was damaged- a crack at the bottom of the radiant body beautifying milk bottle. I Can’t even track the rest of my order via the so called route app. I seriously need to know where the rest of my order is. The parking list sent with part order was messed up too. Please respond ASAP! I have called customer service repeatedly to get an update on my order to no avail. No one even bothers to return your call. As for The route app it had same update for days. So I called customer service. Noanswer or even a fall back! plus this whole process of frustrating!! I’m not sure I will order again! I just need to get the rest of my order and be done with this saga! Can someone at least call me back and advice the where about of my order??? Is that so much to ask?????”

“your customer services sucks. I called and sent you an email and it has been almost a week and I haven't heard from you. I got two packaged over a week ago and one of the package 2/3 of products were missing and one bottle left in was open and spilled, and package completely open. the second package the lotion were spilled, seal broken and all out of the box. At this moment I will have to reach out to my bank to get the money back because there is no point of waiting for people who never respond. I even reached out to the WhatsApp and never got a response either. please do better”

“I placed and paid for order number #100167750, on April 6th. I waited till April 28th before being informed through email that the order was missing and that I should file missing order claim with Route which I did. On May 7th, I was informed by Route that the claimed have been approved for replacement and up till date Makari de Suisse neither provide me with a valid replacement order detail nor reply any of my emails and WhatsApp message. For this reason, I suspect Makari de Suisse is just using the pandemic as an opportunity to swindle people. If not, USPS is still delivering orders to Canada.”

“Very poor customer service. Ordered a product May 3, as at May 22 i'm yet to get the item. Sent two diffrent emails to inquire but I didn't teceive respose to any. Instead, You guys just kept bombarding my mail box with promos. It's a shame!”
