“Hello..i ordered my second package and delivery was prompt .i noticed on the inner parcel my package came from trade fair. I thot all packages are shipped from usa. I think my products were altered. I hate grown 3 shades darker I have breakout and i am very displeased. What is the way foward please ? I need a refund or a replacement”

“I’ve placed an ordre for 2 sets (5 products for each set) through your website, i have reveived my order at home but i have noticed that i’m missing one product (the argan and carrot oil toning serum), i was supposed to receive two of this product since it was part of the set. When i noticed that right after picking up my delivery, i called your customer service department and spoke with a lady. She verified and confirmed me that there was a mistake and your company clearly forgot to put this item twice in my package. Seb also mentionned me that i would receive an email and a call from the claim department last friday , i’m still waiting on that call. Can someone call me and explain How i’m going to get my product?? And also they have to make sure that i don’t pay import fees. Thanks”

“Makari need to Improve with their shipping, they ALWAYS take forever to Ship Order. I mean after you place your order, it will take makari another 5-10days to "Ship" Yes they will send you Inactive tracking Number, and another 5-7days for Ups to Deliver. This is why am giving 1Star”

“I ordered makari products since 4/2/2020 and up till now I haven’t received it . I sent. An email to makari customer service and nobody cared to respond. I’m highly disappointed and I will never purchase the products anymore. Avon does better than you and I still have the same result using Avon . My order is till pending and nobody cares to give me an update on what is going on . I paid almost $150 on the purchase . Sad !!!!! Never again with makari ! Never”

“Hi, this was my very first time buying this product and i had a horrible customer!!! I placed 2 sepparate order as I noticed i was missing something and received only 1. I was under the impressions that it was on the post office being delayed so i wait to see...a few days passed I contacted Makari and was told that the will look into it. I was sent an email to follow a claim to receive a refund or what I originally ordered. I am still waiting on my order of $ 170ish and called their number NOTHING!!!! I even got the owner's cell phone and still no answer. I truly dont see what good of a product or business to have if your customer service is bad!!! basicly I was robbed and receiced only the pimple cream. I hope this informations can help me get my money or the products that I paid for because money is hard to make and people are losing their jobs right now......”

“My order #100166424 was delivered to a wrong address and I tried to call customer service and it looks like you guys have the worst customer service ever because they are asking me to repurchase my order and then they will deal with my situation after everything is back to normal.”
