Purchased a garlic & herb flat iron steak for today the steak was really tough we fried the steak as you should for this cut the steak was to thick for the cut I have been a butcher for a number of years and I would not prepare a flat iron steak in this manner totally unacceptable wasn't even acceptable for the dog

The worst online service I have ever experienced, being spending thousands with M&S over the years, will never purchase anything from them again, anyone reading this try other stores before purchasing from them, you can see why the stores are closing, John Lewis and other retailers are so much professional and care for the customer.

The quality, design and colour choice for womens clothing has detiorated to such a degree that I think one could find better on a market stall! Cheap linen that hangs like a sack, even before wearing, garish colours and designs that my old auntie used to wear. If M & S cannot provide any quality now, then they do not deserve any custom. Many friends , too, say they no longer shop for clothing as the quality isso poor.

I have bought wooden furniture from here b4 and it has been excellent so i spwnt over 3000.00 pounds on a suite what a mistake it arrived looking amazing within a few months it was plane to see it was not the quality we saw and experienced in the shop the hard wearing material was fraying and back an seat cushions wiuldnt plump up i was heartbrokwn as we saved so long and hard for this i got in touch with marks and spencers to be told only structual is covered and in their opinion it was fine again devastated as their customer care used to be second to none finally i found ouy the arms of the chairs etc are just strong cardboard omg wow for that price no way so needless to say i will never shop there for a three piece syite afain or probably much else as i am so upset with their attitude towards customers.

I have eaten food from your store for many years without problems , until I tried Hunters Chicken . I have never tasted anything so foul as this. Chicken was tough , sauce overwhelmingly tomato paste and salty , but the worst was the smell . In the fridge , oven and on the plate . I am a pensioner and can not afford to waste food but I’m afraid this all went in the bin . Yuk !

I have eaten Count on Us meals over many years but two I tried to eat this week were awful. The first was a Chilli con Carne which was very sloppy and wet, there seemed to be watery grave running out.I binned it.The Second was sausage and Mash, another meal that was floating in gravy,I can only describe it as sloppy.Binned once again.May I suggest that you must have changed your supplier.I shall not be buying Them again.

Cheshire Oaks store deserves to be closed! Rude staff that become aggressive when you complain about customer services. Manager is "too busy" too see customers, probably dealing with all the other complaints. I won't be using M&S again!

For years every week I buy food from M and S and did'nt mind it is perhaps more expensive than other places but the quality is good. However recently I am finding this has changed. Their roast potatoes and parmentier potatoes, to name a couple, were really tasty but now they are terrible. Are they using different suppliers or cheap products. I have found this with a few products I have bought for years but now find them inedible and definitely not worth the money.

Strawberry compote Trifle., Was bitterly disappointing. You have for some reason omitted the jelly from this recipe, no longer a trifle but a complete and utter mess when serving, mixes altogether. May as well sell it as a smoothie. Will never buy this again. What was M&S thinking ?

I am from New Zealand. I ordered two kids cloths using their website. First time order didn't go though as per the web site. So I ordered again. When I check my Credit card they have charge me two time. I contact the customer service several times to rectify the issue, they are asking me to talk to my bank. Their website charge me twice not my bank. The customer service is useless. I will not recommend they website and horrible customer service.

Mango, rice and crayfish salad was revolting. Under-cooked rice, overcooked crayfish that were so small they could have passed for shrimps and a dressing that was absolutely foul. Yesterday, I bought what has been a favourite in the past - chinese style ribs to cook and eat with your oatmeal rolls. Ribs are now flavourless (have you reduced the salt, cut the spices?) and rolls were so soft and soggy that they fell apart when slicing them - and again, too low on salt for flavour. Now very reluctant to buy any prepared M&S dish,

Visited Gemini., with £100 in vouchers to spend. Whoever is buying your fashion needs sacking. Horrible stripe linen suits that look like Belsen wear & crease even before wearing.Horrible flower print long dresses & skirts. Racks full of sale goods, surely this tells you the fashion is wrong. You are missing a niche market of 50+ women. Take a look at Phase 8 & Next they have it spot on. Very disappointed. I discussed this at lunch today with colleagues & they all agreed .

I received a bouquet of roses bought at our local store for Mothering Sunday. Followed all the right procedures advised for roses. However, the outer petals went brown very soon and the whole bunch wilted and was completely dead by Tuesday. Very disappointed.

I went to your store in Chelsea kings toad today 31/03/2019 to return a 2 months coat which is turned fluffy and old in such a short period. But the cashier Susan and her supervisor Sarah were very unhelpful, rude and didn't show empathy. They didn't even try to help or suggest an exchange nor a voucher. I am so disappointed, they spoiled my mother's day and after decenies of shopping at M&S ,will never return and I am so upset I am telling everyone. The staff are not trained on customer service and retention. Shame

Dear fellow Marks & Spencer shoppers, if you are about to order flowers for an address which is not your account address, i.e flowers for friend and family, BE VERY CAREFUL. Diary: Ordered 80th Birthday flowers for a dear friend who lives in Hereford. ( I live in Cardiff ) Had the email acknowledgment the next day showing the delivery address as MINE not my friend's in HEREFORD. Rang M & S in South Africa to change the address, TASREEP apologised and changed the incorrect details....this took forever because he couldn't pronounce the address etc etc....We've all been there. Anyway, felt confident that he had resolved the problem in time. Today , 1 day before the birthday, had an email to say flowers were on their way to Cardiff !!!!! Rang Marks at 7pm, 30 mins wait !!!!! Finally got through and spoke to a manager who confirmed my fears....She could see by my notes that my conversation had taken place with S.African colleague and the correct address had been noted but not applied... To say I am furious is an understatement .Refund offered and nothing else. So, name and shame..We all know that M & S is on a downward slope, clothing cheap and shoddy. So, you will certainly NOT have my custom again....Just as an aside, Tasreep in S.Africa told me they were having software issues with the delivery/home address issue....So beware..I have been badly let down...
