The produce are always fresh, staff is nice and always available to help. It is not overcrowded and you can find everything payed out presentable.

Marks & Spencer Camden Town seem to have the most helpful and friendly staff! They engage with their customers and behave like family members whether they are stacking shelves or on the checkouts.

Ordered 2 x sofas in August 2016. After a 2 week delay from original delivery date these were finally received in late November. However they had a manufacturing fault which meant that the feet could not be fitted which the ( fantastic!) delivery team referred immediately back to head office who advised they would arrange replacements. We were left the faulty sofas in the meantime as had no other furniture having just moved house. After waiting 3 days to be contacted about the promised replacement sofas, I had to call and was told I would have to wait a further 12 weeks. In an attempt to fob me off, as obviously I was unhappy about this, they sent a technician out who merely confirmed it was a manufacturing fault and replacements would be needed. Customer services attitude was appalling, and having been dissatisfied with the way in which a) my complaint ( about their faulty sofa's) was handled, and b) the question over compensation I was advised to write formally to head office. Which I did twice, once in December and again in late January. Both letters remain unanswered and compensation has not been forthcoming, so if I want the £150 (in the form of an M & S) gift card I now have to spend another 20 minutes on hold to their appalling customer services team to go through the whole spiel again... we will not be using M & S for furniture items again. A very disappointing experience

Bought twoalmond chocolate ice cream lollies £1 each they didn't seem to be up to M and S standard chocolate all broken . Poor quality ice cream.

I am happy with the products. The only problem is when I ordered few items and then when I went to my basket. Most of the items are not available anymore.

I am 70 years old i have always shopped at M&S I feel i am quite trendy for my age but i am very petite your clothes are awful & every time i shop Ijust come home with food

Had gift card from Marks and Spencer. Due to family deaths haven't had time to use it. Been told to contact customers service, to reactivate the card. Contacted them, Lady very rude and couldn't honour the card. Once I told them that other companies such as next and primark has honoured the card and reactivated it. They said that HR don't have the facilities to do that. I referred to them being not up to date on facilities. Which I gottold well you should of used it. Basically don't get a gift card from them! They won't honour it!!

Strange that M&S don't accept honest reviews what is the point in asking if they only want the good news. Ordered small loft table and chairs states 10 mins to assemble, I am 70 years of age live alone and thought it sounded that it was within my strength and skills - arrived super quick but was surprised at the size of the package containing the two chairs. Very true assembled in stated time but has taken me hours to separate cardboard and polystyrene for recycling and will also require a seven mile drive to the tip to get rid of the package mountain.

Shambolic customer service in relation to an on-line order return and subsequent refund. The on-line purchase was made via gift card and balance payment using debit card. Items were not suitable, following return within 7 x days, part refund was processed onto debit card. Two months later, several telephone calls, e-mails, on-line assistance and still no sign of gift card element of refund. Delay tactics clearly at play by M&S in providing refund due.

I bought 2 Rosie bras from M&S at £26 each.I liked the style and design of this product and purchased two in different colors. However after first wash the green bra had a split and I noticed the ivory one had the same too which got rather larger after the second wash. After notifying M&S of this issue they refunded the ivory bra but refused to refund the green bra as the tear wasn't large enough and in their opinion it was down to use of biological detergent. I NEVER USE BIOLOGICAL DETERGENT by the way!! My advise is to stay clear of this product, brand and potentially M&S items as they seem to have lost sight of why anyone would purchase from M&S. I have bras that have cost me much less than this and have served me for the better of 4 years! Unlike the less than a month blame it on detergent quality from M&S!! I have since raised this issue with M&S and also provided a review on the product which they have refused to publish. I will be taking next steps as their current approach definitely infringes on my consumer rights.

I wish to express my thanks for member of staff at your store in Church Street Liverpool his name was David who I believe was on work experience.David went out of his way to direct me to the restaurant even going so far as to take my sister and I personally down a floor and escorted us to the restaurant. He showed such courtesy and politeness and I hope he has a successful working career in your store.This is so seldom experienced now days but one which we used to expect from Marks &Spencer. Thank you David so rare in our shop assistant these days.

Visited Marks in Liverpool and was very disappointed with the ladies clothes selection. The new stock is as dull as last season and the sale items are just like a jumble sale. When you sales shop, the clothes need to be on the correct sized hangers or you're just wasting time rummaging and give up. Please somebody do something!

I was very disapointed after visiting m&s at the vanguards at monks cross today. I took my daughter for a bra fitting. They didn't have the stock, they measured her incorrectly, and to finish things off she was given a bra to try on that was 4 times to big yes it's true and unbelievable. I think the staff need to be retrained as this is not acceptable. I then took her to John Lewis where the staff were different again really helpful measured her to her correct size and we were able to purchase the goods. I did tell them about the bad experience I had and it didn't surprise them.

Absolutely ridiculous service from mares and spencers. Spent half an hour on the phone with customer service just to put the bloody thing on hold!
