“I like being able to specify day of delivery - I was able to pick a day I was working from home. Was texted and emailed that morning to give me a one hour slot for delivery so I wasn't waiting around. Arrived on time and was able to do some returns by Collect+ at the shop just down the road. So easy and efficient. Thank you.”

“Not too happy! I'm nearly 60 but found most clothes to be old fashioned and some designs and fabrics dated with strange colour mix which are stereotype M&S. Shorts for the summer are more like cut down trousers 'smart style' and little option on the preferred more relaxed cargo style. Sometimes customers want to buy plan styles but good quality polo shirts or other well made garments, rather than an array of multi colour garish items that look as if they are from M&S!”

“Good old M&S! Find the quality/price equation usually good with M&S. Mostly buying children's clothes and school uniform, I think the products to be of good or very good quality at fair prices. There are cheaper sellers and more expensive, but I am comfortable with M&S as a good middle path! For some reason, the website does not work well on my default browser - Firefox. Text is rough and 'grainy'. Often use "Collect in Store" as its free. Not impressed with £4 home delivery charge, especially if its on something small/cheap like 2 pack boys' school shirts at £8. 50% of product price on standard delivery charge? On the odd occasion I have had to call customer service, they've been very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. So overall, very happy with almost all aspects of my M&S transaction.”
