“After going into Altrincham ladies department store today to look for clothing I could hardly believe my eyes. The clothes were quite frankly awful! The store was very quiet and I am not surprised why. Please for goodness sake raise your game & review what is on offer and quickly.”

“Ordered item for collection at a nearby shop - great you can pick up from foodhall but less 1 star as you can't return item there but instead have to head into town. Product was returned as it wasn't suitable although was good quality”

“Whilst at the self check out the machine decided that a member of staff was required to check the contents of our bag. There were 3 members of the customer service staff at the desk. Not 1 of them came over to reset the machine. I had to go to the desk where they were all dealing with 1 customer. Why did it take 3 staff members to sort 1 customer, there was no apology given for our lengthy wait and the woman who eventually came to reset the machine, Yvonne was rude and curt. She made up feel like it was our fault and that we were trying to steal something. Raging.”

“My local M&S makes it a joy to shop. The aisles are beautifully laid out and everything is clear and in the place you would expect to find it. As always, the food aisles are excellent with a lot of choice. A great place to shop for household, clothing and food. And the staff are brilliant!”
