“The Assistant could not do enough for me- she checked my Sparks Card points and told me On the garment I had purchased there was 20%discount with my Card...... and also advised me that I could have my Sparks card checked anytime I went in .......”

“I bought some flowers for my partner for her birthday I was really impressed that I got to choose the day there were delivered and was sent texts to let me know when they were going to be delivered the bouquet cost only £19.99 (inc free delivery). value for money, very happy indeed. “Today I went to marks and Spencer's to purchase a birthday cake with my 3 year old daughter for her grandmothers birthday. I let her chose the cake and her choice was Colin the caterpillar (which was lovely) I was served at 14:15pm at counter 6 by a lovely gentleman. I'm sorry I didnt catch his name but his customer service was outstanding.”
