“Purchased a selection of their bridesmaid dresses. Wonderful colours, size range and quality. Good returns for ones that didn't fit - 35 days!”

“There were 3 of us in the cafe to have tea , coffee & snacks. M&S don't give receipts unless you ask. This time unusally I asked. To find I was charged for an extra coffee. When i approached the staff to sort it out. They were carefree and unbothered by their error. The lack of customer service surprised me for M&S !!”

“I bought a gift with lovely wrapping, it looked like and was a gift worth giving and reasonably priced. Self-service was easy to use and an assistant authorised my purchase promptly. I like shopping in M&S for something special.”

“Good website. Pictures of items are of good quality so you can be sure of thier standards. Easy to collect various items in shopping bag & keep track of what your buying. Items are neatly wrapped and delivered within the stated time. Also their return service is second to none. No complaints with Marks and Spencer on line shopping.”
