“I ordered a coat from them and was very pleased with it. Unfortunately they have closed the Collection Desk permanently in the Longbridge store so I had to wait for more than 10 minutes in the Exchange and Refunds queue to collect it because they didn't have enough staff.”

“I had seen a lovely pair of Chelsea boots online but couldn't see them instore. The associates instore offered to order a pair in for the next day as they hadn't been released into store yet. True to her word, they were there the next day!”
