“For a huge company their customer service is very, very poor. I buy many gift vouchers for prizes at a golf club(£3000 per annum!)If I buy them in store(perhaps £500 at a time) it takes for ever and results in long queues.I cannot order and pay for them and collect when done. I have tried their business department who will take an order and payment and then deliver(but they didn't on 2 occasions so they could not be trusted!). I was even persuaded to take one of their credit cards as I was told I could collect points on the purchases only to be told the first time I used it points could not be claimed on gift vouchers. Very poor.”

“I searched on line for an item that could not be ordered any more, I found a store 80 miles away that had the item, a friend of mine popped to the store and found the item along with help from a member of staff.”

“Went in sales staff realised I couldn't find what I was looking for so asked if they could help. They went to the stock room as the size I wanted wasn't on the shop floor. Unfortunately it wasn't in stock but they offered to order it online for me and have it delivered home for me next day which was fantastic. Very helpful staff at the Brent Cross store made my trip a lot less stressful.”
