“I aloways find the staff in the Leeds Moortown branch very helpful , friendly and cheerful. as a blind man they will always go out of their way to assist in finding things for me. I like the customer care you would expect form a family run general store which is really friendly and unusual to find in a supermarket.”

“I was fortunate enough to win some vouchers to spend with M & S. I forgot that I had these vouchers until recently when I used a different bag and found them. I purchased some reduced price trousers and a top and only had to spend 55p. 50p for the goods and 5p for bag purchase. I was still treated with respect and although the voucher looked like it had seen better days for being in my bag it was still in date and was accepted with a smile and my goods were put in the bag. I came away with a big smile on my face as I cannot afford much being unemployed at present to this was a great treat.”
