“Whilst shopping in the shop I went to pick up a Click and Collect. Whilst I was talking a customer who was being served, an assistant came from the shop and offered to help. A excellent service”

“I ordered a personalised anniversary cake for my parents and everyone was impressed with the finished product. It was a very quick and straightforward process to order the cake online and I was able to pick it up in store within a few days.”

“Order some outfits which were a perfect fit and very well made, click and collect made very good by the fact i could collect at a time that fits my life. Also i have a friend that need gluten free food and the selection is very good and was very happy to find a lovely and great tasting birthday cake that was gluten free and you would not have been able to tell. Great products very easy to shop , not the cheapest but some time it pays to spend a little more to get the quality.”

“My dad and I purchased some lunch whilse waiting at a hospital, and purchased two piri chicken wraps, salt and vinegar crisps and an orange and mango juice. The chicken wrap was completley devoid of any flavour, with cold dry textures, no piri or even chicken flavour at all. The crisps may have well been peices of cut rivita, lacking in taste or satistfaction and somehow even the orange and mango juice tasted bland, not at all sweet and refreshing as it should. In all, your charge your customers some of the highest prices on the high street for easily the most tastless and bland food possible. Gordon ramsay would probably throw the food aggresivley at someone if he tasted it. Dissapointed, put some flavour in your food, make it worth the £3/4 one may spend on a sandwich alone.”

“I ordered a nice bouquet of flowers for my wife on our anniversary which were to be delivered to her workplace. They were not delivered. M&S apologised but I was extremely annoyed as my wife loves to receive flowers and I lost Brownie Points! I won't use their service again, perhaps it is a case that if you want a job doing, then do it yourself as M&S clearly cannot be trusted.”

“I have an athletic build the tee shirts are a nice fit but quality is wafer thin they just don't last. The causal shirts while very good quality have in the last year got shorter in the body I suspect to save money sadly that inch or two means you show off your stomach or back when you sit down, come on Marks get the quality back.”

“Not for the first time have I taken a trip with my Mother to M&S and come away with nothing. The clothing range is abysmal in terms of style and quality. Get your act together M&S.”
