“The items I bought were Christmas tree baubles. They are particularly nice quality and the offer they were running made them very much better value than any other comparable store. Their collect from store service was superb, very easy but also getting an email to tell you the item has arrived at the store of choice and is ready to collect was helpful, as was the reminder to bring your own bag. The M&S website is a joy to use, it is so easy and the images are high quality. Excellent service!”

“Great customer service in store, very helpful management and staff at the tills. They helped me order a pair of shoes that were not in stock in store even though there was self service desks nearby they were more then happy to do it for me. Thanks to the Cambridge branch there are some employees there I hope you value.”
