“I paid for a specific delivery date for a gift basket. It was not delivered, I was not notified that delivery was delayed, it just didn’t show up. I live overseas and often rely on these gift deliveries but I now know better than to rely on M&S. I found out from my aunt that she hadn’t received the gift and had to chase it up. I’m told there was a delay and that it will be delivered 2 days late with no further information.”

“Great selection of Christmas food as a fairly new shopper at m n s I was also surprised pleasantly by the prices as they reflect nothing but the quality of the goods I've returned recently to read stock on certain minced pies they're so fabulous. Looking forward to this Friday to finish Christmas lunch shopping.”

“i got food poisoning after consuming M&S meal, contacted customer service, they arrogantly denied everything and said there is something wrong with me and refused to take any responsibility, including a refund even though i have sent him all the pictures of their products. Your company is arrogant, dishonest and self righteous.”

“the christmas decorations i bought some beautiful baubles and lit up letters all 3 for the price of 2,i bought 6 silver and 3 gold and I'm tempted to get 3 red, my daughter has just moved house and asked me to get her the silver baubles and the letters, i bought the boxed wine with chocolates with a lovely jumper as a thank you gift well presented with a nice message, i got my husbands clothing for xmas very pleased, they all came in good time maybe;s a day earlier, they kept in touch about my delivery, so thank you”
