“i got food poisoning after consuming M&S meal, contacted customer service, they arrogantly denied everything and said there is something wrong with me and refused to take any responsibility, including a refund even though i have sent him all the pictures of their products. Your company is arrogant, dishonest and self righteous.”

“the christmas decorations i bought some beautiful baubles and lit up letters all 3 for the price of 2,i bought 6 silver and 3 gold and I'm tempted to get 3 red, my daughter has just moved house and asked me to get her the silver baubles and the letters, i bought the boxed wine with chocolates with a lovely jumper as a thank you gift well presented with a nice message, i got my husbands clothing for xmas very pleased, they all came in good time maybe;s a day earlier, they kept in touch about my delivery, so thank you”
