“A wonderful lady working in the laungerie depth of your Truro store called Nichola A, made my day. I have never been measured for a bra but unfortunately need to have surgery next month, so I decided just to ask advice and begin to think about what I will need. Nichola handled the matter with sensitivity and consideration. I was surprised she gave me her time without appointment to chat, measure me and advise on the best bra. She then gave me 20% friends and family discount and her details for further reference should I need it. So kind and professional. Thank you Nichola A.”

“After receiving a delivery of flowers that were not ment for me. I phoned help line. A lovely man took details. Said the flowers were mine to keep. And would make sure the problem was sorted. Only for a ring at the door and a man claiming his wife's flowers. I was so embarrassed.nearly cried”

“I was disappointed with the lady on the till. She asked the lady in front of me if she wanted her receipt, to which the lady said no however with the receipt out popped a £5 voucher which she failed to hand over to the said lady.”
