“There are no staff on shop floor to help find sizes or advise.I visited your walsall store on Saturday I needed a pair of shoes,there are no clear size labels on display.I spent about 20 minutes searching for a wider fitting in my size.I looked around NO assistants,I aproached a lady on fitting room and asked for help.She said all sizes were on display,I said which styles did a broader fitting she said you will have to look. I left the store went into Clarks where I was greeted by a charming young lady who found me a selection of shoes. I left with 2 pairs of shoes.NO WONDER YOUR CLOTHING BUISNESS IS FALTERING. This not the first time I have not found help in your store.”

“Truly great customer services in Poole. Bought few Christmas PJ’ for my daughter but the sizes were too big. Customer Service representative did her best to find the size by calling different M&S branches to accommodate the size. She took my number and called me later on in the day that she managed to find the sizes and the items will be delivered next day. Absolutely amazing.”

“I live near a large Marks and Spencer store and I shop there regularly. I am always pleased with the quality of their products from food to clothes etc. They are not always the cheapest but you get what you pay for and it is worth the extra.”

“23rd December picked up my Christmas food shop, and the girl who packed it in the carrier bag had tipped it over, resulting in our £10 trifle being ruined. After I rang the store a lovely lady (one of the managers got into her car, drove to my house and brought me another one, well that's what I call customer service, I think she was called Sarah, Sarah, you restored my faith in human kindness, and I will never forget your kindnessa”

“I have purchased flowers several times from them online and I have been impressed by the beautiful range of plants and flowers which are far cheaper to send than many online florists. M&S kept me updated with the delivery process and each time the recipient has been absolutely delighted.”

“We visited Marks & Spencers in Redditch to return a pair of shoes. We were given a credit note which was absolutely fine as we were intending to use it in the in-store cafe. At the cafe they were unable to use the credit note as it hadn't registered on the system yet. However, the staff were very apologetic and accommodating. We were served and seated and due to the error with the credit note we were given a new credit note which meant that our meal was almost free. Excellent customer service - thank you!!”

“Bought 2 bras form my local store, fitted perfectly as I had been measured while there, I later decided to buy a 3rd one, my store did not have my size in the colour I wanted, they duly ordered one for me, delivery to the store was free and very quick. Am delighted with the products and the service.”
