Marks Spencers have to agree i also had a run in with the general manager Miss Thomas she was so arrogant and rude to me i would strongly advise any customer walk away if you have to deal with her as you will be the one in tears she will show you no remorse at all just read her CV on this site you can see where the section managers got there training from

I have shopped at marks Spencers for many years and like many of the people leaving reviews I was told by general manager Claire if I made a complaint against her team again I would be stopped from shopping in her store and she didn’t need to give a reason why a very nasty person she should have been sack but the executive team just don’t care Torquay so called flagship

Absolutely disgraceful customer services and on line experience shopping experiences! Paid for next day delivery, spent hours emailing and calling, chasing M and S! Promises of calls back but it never happened! 10days later I still haven't received goods! They have lied by sending an automated email stating an attempt was made to deliver (I have evidence that they didn't). They seem to think by refunding postage its resolved! Ive now been informed one garment is now out of stock so Ive had no choice but to have a refund and Im still waiting for the 2nd item to be delivered! Appalling service!

Bought a £45 Autograph long sleeved blouse and I am so disappointed with the quality. After one wash it looks like something really cheap. it creases badly and the pleats do not lie flat. It is nothing like the description online.

Sad to say I had To make a complaint about a item I had brought from marks Spencers and had to deal with the general manager she was very overweight scruffy and had very thick glasses 🤓 on and if she stood with the sun ☀️ behind her she would start a bush fire she was so horrible to me I just walked away and I will never return to that store thanks Claire have a great Xmas 🎅🏿

I placed my order for my specific stuffed turkey for Xmas on 17th October. So organized, job done I thought. Just had an email to say it’s been replaced with something else, inadequate for my needs. I obviously can’t get anything else ordered that I want at this late stage. Furious. Won’t be ordering for Xmas with them again.

I am furious that you sent me a Sparks deal (12 days of Christmas) which can only be opened by using an App. I do not use a mobile phone. I am severely deaf. This is discrimination. The manager at the Wanstead High Street store yesterday was very unhelpful. She did give me a number to ring which I did but could not understand the woman who answered the phone and who didn't seem to understand what I was complaining about. She left me hanging on so long I gave up.

Have to say the way Claire Thomas Andy Harris and Moxhay treated Dale Stevens who was just a innocent shopper they must feel so guilty and think about what they did every day there reviews say it all they were completely controlled by Nicola

Anticipation quickly turned to disappointment. I purchased the chicken top crust pastry pie and although the crust part was good there was Hardly any chicken in the mix it would not have filled a dessert spoon and nothing compared to the picture on the packet Total Misrepresentation of the pie. I also purchased the larger pie as this used to be excellent hope I am not disappointed My one star should have been minus one star

TORQUAY Marks + Spencers food hall just read there reviews and shop elsewhere every one in the south west are talking about Moxhay Harris and Thomas and what they did to the innocent Gentleman it makes you feel sick they say she only jogs to try and ease her guilt lets hope the new Aldi puts them out of a job

I had a minor issue with an order, which ended up becoming a huge ordeal. The customer service staff, particularly in the executive team, are rude and dismissive, and take no accountability or responsibility for their actions. The staff in stores have always been very helpful, so its sad that this isn't extended to Waterside House.

i have shopped in the Torquay food hall and had to take a pack of mince beef back as it had gone a dark brown colour i was left with section manager Nikki to deal with me she was rude arrogant and absolutely horrible to me i left the store so upset i have to this day never returned to that store she is absolutely horrible but my god after speaking with her i took the trouble read the reviews on this site and omg what she and her girlfriend Dawn did to Dale sending the police to his home accusing him of all these false allegations sending her flowers shouting at all the staff in the store putting reviews on there cars how the hell do they get away with it and to cause trouble for him at his home when i spoke to some of the staff in the store they said he was the nicest gentleman you could ever wish to meet even rewarded staff for excellent customer service one lady said he gave her £60 in a card but unfortunately he didn't stand a chance the General manager Claire and commercial manager Andy always made it none to all the staff they would get him Banned from this store and they did just that they even warned staff told not to engage with him when he came in the store which made it very difficult as he was so nice even Nikki said thats what happens when you cross me my advise stay away from this store i wonder when she sits down to eat she has any remorse for what she did to a perfectly innocent gentleman i am told not a hope

Cancelled order after flowers delivered 3 days later than ordered for a very special birthday, however flowers still arrived obviously dead package appeared to have been to 3 different delivery depots and left on open highway outside delivery address, contacts details supplied for delivery access! Would never buy flowers from Marks and Spencer’s again they really need to review their delivery partners!

I have shopped at marks Spencers for many years so was so shocked and upset to read about the manager Nicola who went to her general manager and said when this gentleman Dale came in the store she felt anxious and her husband was ringing to make sure she got to work safely omg what a drama queen she is let’s hope her Xmas is better than his she should have been sacked I can’t stand to even stand to look at her when I go in store

Cheltenham Store - first visit with self service tills and only one staff member to take cash or refunds. I had order x2 pairs of trousers online and although supposedly the same side one pair was shorter. Did not want to risk returning via post or courier having read reviews of problems so drove to Cheltenham. Walked on autopilot to the Customer Service Department to discover it no longer existed - and having dealt with the woman at the refund desk I realised that customer service is no longer important to M&S. She didn't want to know why trousers were being returned and infact she might have been a robot for all I know - no smiles or interaction. Not a good experience. I did then buy a few items in store and found the self service tills ok but M&S have made a massive mistake - if you are buying an item of clothing you expect it to be folded and bagged (even if it is your own bag). When at a self service till with more than one item you are scanning and then feel you have to just shove it into your bag as other people are waiting - not surprised that M&S are losing custom

Why do Marks and Spencers only do padded bras in post surgery. What about the range you used to do about 2-3 years ago, cotton bras not padded or underwired. I had been buying the same style of post surgery bras from M & S for the last 9 years which again sometimes, probably because they were popular would be out of stock. Why have you changed your styles. Surely I am not the only one to complain and have asked the same question. Please have another think about this.

The way marks Spencers flagship store manager says my role here is to protect the good name of the store and my staff they should use her to do there XMAS 🎅🏿 ADD along with the commercial manager next to her saying HR will just pay lip service with the customer we just don’t value are customer’s and yes they still work there when managers from Tesco Sainsburys Co/Op Aldi Morrisons BP Marks and Spencers there words are you would out of the door for saying that to a customer and asked to apologise so it’s comes as no surprise there closing more stores and that is very sad because the food they sale is lovely unlike the management team in Torquay

So, I’ve just ordered a duvet, pillows and pillow protectors. All showed available and in stock. They were for friends staying in the guest room. 2 days later I get an email to say 2 items are now not available and have been cancelled, 2 items are on the way and the duvet has been delayed - until when, nobody knows. The irony is, the pillow protectors are available but the pillows are not?! This is worse than useless. I don’t want any of the order now, thanks. You really couldn’t organise a p!ss up in a brewery. I’m off to a retailer that can actually provide my goods and in a timely manner. Won’t be surprised when M&S close their doors for good.
