“I ordered a Narrow Super Fine Mane & Tail Rake. This was delivered quickly and I was eager to use it, however, I was very disappointed with it. I wanted to tidy my horse’s tail with it, as my previous one had gone blunt. However, this took practically no hair off and my old blunt one did a far better job. Not very happy. My previous one was a ‘Mars’.”

“It was time for me to replace my trusted clippers, I had heard good things about masterclip so decided to give them a try. I ordered the electric ones at first but for different reasons wanted to exchange them for battery ones. I must say that masterclip were very understanding and their customer service was exemplary. They kept me updated all the way and answered emails quickly. Amazing company and amazing customer service.”

“Thought I would try Masterclip as they are British and their business is all about animal clippers. I am an armature groomer just grooming my two working cockers every 6-8 weeks. I have been buying cheaper clippers that simply don’t last. I have read the instructions and followed it and was very pleased with the performance of the dog trimmers I bought. Both dogs are looking good for an amateur carrying out the task. I found the trimmers far easier to use than any other makes I have used. So very pleased with my purchase and piece of mind if I require new blades Masterclip can supply.”

“I rang Masterclip as I wanted to purchase the cordless dog clipper & not sure which one to buy, I spoke to Jo who advised me which one would be best for me and she was not wrong, I bought the cordless MD Roamer, what can I say other than excellent, I normally hand strip my border terrier but finding it so difficult as he just does not like it, so I invested in the Masterclip so easy to use with great results, thanks Jo 🤗”
