“I was really pleased to find the product I was looking for, cheaper at Matalan than elsewhere, even with postage! (However I have since fund the item cheaper still in another store.) I did find the separation between Matalan and Matalan Direct confusing, when it came to placing the order, in terms of delivery charges etc. However, once that was sorted and the order was placed, the products arrived quickly, and we are really pleased with them.”

“Hi. Happy with the product itself, but when we ordered the chair the delivery said we would be contacted by the courier to let us know when the item would be delivered. Parcelforce tried to deliver without contacting us, and obviously could not deliver. When I contacted the number on the card they left and said they were supposed to call to arrange a delivery day. They told me that they do not do this.”
