“The guys did a great job, but timing was WAY OFF.. Window was 12 to 4..Called 8:30 am. Luckily I was here.”

“I had a frustrating experience because my pickup was missed and I was unable to speak to anyone with answers for over 2 hours. I appreciated Greg's eventual response and Monica's (from XPO) help, but Mattress Disposal + needs to evaluate the communication with their pickup team and with the outsourced call line. Right now, they are not serving your customers appropriately.”

“The team was 5 star, father and son. I'm only rating 4 stars because my appointment window at 12-4, however, the pickup wasn't until around 530. The team as blatantly overbooked during that day.”

“The service was quick and efficient which I appreciated. My only suggestion is to more clearly explain on your website what a "mattress set" includes. I requested a mattress set pickup assuming that meant the mattress and box spring with 2 additional items to be picked up as well. The person who confirmed the delivery time said that that was correct but when they arrived at my house, they were only expecting 3 items total. I explained my confusion about the word "set" implying it was 2 pieces so I 4 items total and that the gentleman I had spoke with confirmed it was fine so they took all 4 items. I will definitely recommend.”

“I do like this service, but keeping to the promise time didn't happen. I had it scheduled for a Tuesday 12 - 4, it was after 6 before someone called me to say they weren't coming (after I reached out twice). I was rescheduled for the next day, again 12 - 4, and the truck didn't show up until 8:30 at night! You should be more realistic on your times, and your scheduling.”

“This was a wonderful service! We have been looking for a mattress disposal company for a long time and found nothing that was a reasonable price. I couldn't believe the cost here! It was great and the guys that came to get my mattress and box springs were super quick. Thank you so much!”

“Great service. The team communicated very well with me when arranging the specific time to pick up. When the guys showed up they were very professional. I had a giant mattress and a king sized frame and they took it all in one fell swoop, in and out of my apartment in 10 mins. It was a great experience will definitely use them again in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.”
