“Great service but a bit confusing on pick up times. I was called a few days ahead and told the pickup would be 10am-2pm. I ordered it for 8am to 12pm. Also we would receive a call 1/2 hour prior to arrival. They showed up before 10am with out a call? I was pleased with the early pick up but was confused by the time change? The two guys that showed up were professional and did a great job . So all is good!”

“Guys were very friendly but they said they had no access to the times customers sett for pick-up, so they were hours late. Not sure what the point of setting a time for pick-up is if they don't have access to it. They worked fast and were very polite though. Good pricing!”

“The gentlemen who showed up to haul away my mattress were professional and polite. They called about 30 minutes before they arrived to check-in and make sure the timing was still okay. Once they arrived removal was super quick.”

“Your telephone agents pear to have a way to mute their phone so it seems the connection has failed. It took several tries to get an answer to my question. Also, I was misled to think you would honor my online request for a morning pickup, but you hadn't. That incorrectly led to cancelling the afternoon schedule you told me was planned. As a result it he pickup was delayed over the Labor Day weekend. If you don't intend to honor the AM or PM schedules your website offers, please omit them. It just leads to customer frustration and unnecessary calls to you agents.”

“The service was friendly and quick. My complaint is that I scheduled the pick up time for 4pm and at 9:30am I got a phone call telling me they were on the way for the pick up. I scheduled the appointment at 4 for a reason, so the disregard for my schedule was unappreciated.”

“My experience was great. The only thing I can express dismay about is the fact that my pick up was scheduled for between 4-8pm and I received 3 phone calls starting at approximately 12:45pm saying the truck was soon to arrive. I returned the phone calls, only to have the driver say they were on their way to another location and sounded as if it would be a hassle to come back. I explained my appointment wasn't scheduled until between 4-8. They arrived within approximately 45 minutes of our phone call, well ahead of the scheduled time, forcing me to rearrange my day in order to be home 3 hours ahead of the scheduled time. Most times I would be overjoyed at a service arriving early but this was so far outside the scheduled time and it seemed as if it was a burden to the driver that I was a little taken aback. When the men did arrive, they were very kind and polite, very nice. Ultimately I would use this service again and recommend it. I can only say the schedule should be adhered to since people must make arrangements to be present. Thank you for your time and thank you for the service.”

“Really nice young guys. Muscled the king mattress down my front stairs. They were mindful of pictures on the wall etc. We highly recommend this service.”

“I experienced multiple issues with the scheduling of the mattress removal service. When I tried to reschedule for a different day I did not receive a confirmation and had to again contact the company to ensure pick up on the correct date. After the change was made the local XPS Logistics company failed to put me on the route and I had to wait until the next day. I was told I would be first on the route due to the error, however the truck did not arrive until 10:30 am because they had to unload some items before returning to Houston. Once the truck arrived the mattress removal was fast and efficient.”

“The actual disposal was great. The communication around you using contract carriers and the names of those carriers was very confusing. In addition, the disconnect between the online scheduling process and the actual scheduling was confusing and introduced some anxiety.”

“This was the first time I had ever used this service. Its a great service, no doubt. However, I was rather disappointed that the pick schedule was not on time nor was anyone able to call me in advance to let me know the driver was running late. I booked my appointment online, which was rather convenient and easy, but did not receive a call back confirming my appointment. I was giving a time frame for pick up but when that did not happen I called twice to ask where and when the driver was to get there. All in all, they did eventually come to pick up my mattress but I would digest keeping to an accurate schedule or at least have the courtesy of calling.”
