AVOID !!! Bought a ‘Strokes’ sweatshirt for my son’s birthday & paid nearly £10 for delivery. Waited nearly 2 months for delivery & sent query email but told to expect delivery in September due to pandemic (ordered placed in June)! Then, Royal Mail put a card through my door saying there was a Customs Charge due of £13.74...so this means I would havd paid £24 delivery costs for a £28 sweatshirt!!! Now, having read the reviews it seems others have received fake goods...so I am between a rock & a hard place & if I dont pay the extra fee then I have lost £36... Will never ever buy from Merch Bar again...nor goods from China either for that matter! How do they get away with it!!!! Get smart and avoid at all costs...else it will cost you too!!

total con artists BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE...on January 12, 2020 at 4:56 pm PDTI placed an Erykah Badu Vinyl in my cart ...after they took my money off credit card they sent me a receipt for a CD 5:16pm PST...i then emailed several depts within 5 minutes asking to cancel...they emailed me back within 15 minutes on a Sunday night at 5:30 pm PST approximately 27 minutes after my request ro cancel telling me its too late to cancel because my item has already been packed and shippes....this indeed was impossible and a LIE....i continued to email support and track shipping which had live updated..the order kept saying submitted for fulfillment unril 11:04 pm July 13, Monday night PST almost Tuesday 2 days later......i was then sent an email fit was shipped ....i was told I have to take the order and then return it....now at 3:11 amPST I get an email telling me no returns on vinyls unless damages...om like u idiots u are sending me a CD not a vinyl...and I would not be returning if was a vinyl....so angry this is riddled with typos please find another merchant...these people are cons and idiots a

Merchbar is a scam company!!! Ordered a hoodie for my son, never received it. I can’t get any answers as to when or if it will be shipped out ever. Basically lost money on a product it seems I most likely won’t receive. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Don’t buy from Merchbar!!!!!

Every email that is sent is someone different they are refusing to give me a refund. They are trying to state it takes two weeks to have an item sent and tracker updated, my wife works for the post office and i know this is bull. They are unwilling to work with me and just give me a refund.

BE AWARE: THEY ARE A SHAM...I was looking for a specific artist and song. Merchbar said it was available. They gladly took my card and money out of my account rapidly. When I received the CD it still said the song but when I played it it was a utter joke. Not even the same type of music and the singer had an accent. NEVER AGAIN...but that sure was some quick cash I swallowed!!!

I ordered 2 vinyls on march 17 then tried to cancel it a few days later but they said it was already shipped. I kept on sending emails about how it was really delayed and the person that answered said it was because of the pandemic and that i should wait until may 15 but it didnt arrive then . After more emails they told me to wait to june 8 still nothing they told me to contact my local post office but it still didnt arrive. I ended up tracking it online and saw that it was in transit from march 20 so i contact them again about getting my refund and this time they finally agree because it got lost in transit. They responded quickly but the package never arrived and it took them 4 months to tell me that its lost.

I have called this company around 3 times with no results. No one has ever contacted me regarding my initial complaint of a tower speaker which was listed as having 4 speakers, and has only 2 with 2 dummy speakers. I do not recommend anyone purchasing from this company. Once you have your item, you will not be able to claim an exchange or refund. Bad company!!

I would give Merchbar ZERO stars, if possible. I canceled my order within minutes of placing an order (very late at night and on a Holiday weekend). I received an email 2 days later stating that it was not possible to cancel my order. Unless their warehouse is on another planet, it’s impossible to believe my order couldn’t be canceled. Merchbar then sent me tracking information that was invalid. It was practically impossible to find contact information on their website although I was able to find the information eventually on a Google search. They had the audacity to charge $13 to ship a record from the West Coast to the East Coast (typically less than $3 on USPS). Even though their customer response was adequate, they failed miserably at honoring my request to cancel when they had more than enough time to do so. I will not be using Merchbar for any future purchases. There are an infinite amount of vendors to patronize that value customer service and would honor a very simple request to cancel. Merchbar is abyssal by any standard. Save tons of aggravation - buy elsewhere for sure.

Merchbar... lame return policy, which is to say they DON'T accept returns AT ALL, even of unopened merchandise, & even if it's a mistake. Lame customer service (non existant) Lame shop, go elsewhere, you're better off... I mean read the reviews 74% bad? Yeah it's not a personal opinion that they suck...🤷🏽‍♂️

I ordered $100+ from their website, 3 shirts, 1 onesie (no free shipping..??). After checking out (used paypal), I never received confirmation, invoice, shipping info. Nothing. Tried calling, they don't "deal" with customer service over the phone, you have to email support.. cool thanks. They responded saying they had no proof of my purchase, nothing. I showed them the charge and they told me it was a charge to see if I had the funds, mmkay.. They said not to worry that it wouldn't actually charge my card... but it said the transaction was completed in my bank? Waited even longer and nope, never refunded, they charged me. Contacted again, annoyed and mad. They eventually sent me 3 out of 4 shirts. No onesie. WHAT A PAIN IN THE A** company to deal with. Shirts aren't great quality either. No free shipping over $100 on overpriced TSHIRTS? TERRIBLE COMPANY. I will never deal with ordering through Merchbar ever again. Bummer

I ordered 9 vinyls. Got an email saying my vinyls had been shipped and would arrive on Saturday. Today is Wednesday. No big deal. Open the vinyls I had ever so patiently been waiting on and something didn't seem right. I received 13 vinyls and only 3 of which I ordered. 3!! The rest were completely off the wall and not even close to what I had wanted. I called the number and am welcomed with a cold "Hello." No introduction at all. I thought I had called somebodys home. I gave the lady my order information and was told that all problems will be dealt with in email and I should expect an email within 1-2 days. Asked if I needed anything else and that was it. Didn't ask any other questions. I spent quite a bit of money and I am so unhappy. I hope they fix this mess.

The T-Shirt was delivered with tag cut off the back which also cut the stitching on the neckline damaging the shirt. Merchbar has been giving me the runaround for a almost a week. I send them photos of the damaged merchandise then a day or two goes by then when I email them to ask about the return they send me the same email request for photos! Not sure what kind of game they are playing but I had no choice but to dispute the charges with my bank. Don't trust this vendor, they sell shoddy products and back it up with shoddy promises!

Worst Company I Had Dealt With Worst customer service ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Not exactly sure who is running the show there but they need to quit. I bought a vinyl record they had claimed was in stock. I didn't buy it elsewhere because I wanted to try a new source of music goods. I trusted it. 2 weeks pass by and I get an email saying it is out of stock. Not sure why it took 2 weeks to tell me, but it did. Worst yet, all other websites said they were now out of stock. So I contact them seeking some form of a remediation plan. Long story short, they said "too bad" "I can't help you" and I quote "there is nothing else I can do for you" It's not my fault they said they didn't have the item in stock and still took my money. Just buy your merch stuff on Amazon, eBay, or a band website. I ended buying the record I wanted on Ebay and it was way better dealing with a random stranger. "the merchbar guarantee" is complete bulls**t. They do not deserve your business. Go elsewhere.

Ordered 6 weeks ago. Have been in touch with customer service and they said their policy is 3-5 weeks of "processing time" before the delivery even goes out. However, the 6 weeks have passed and they just keep pushing the date out further. I am happy that I have had 2 emails with customer service, but they need to be realistic about what they can do. Tracking number provides no actual information. Will update if I ever receive my item.

placed order for T-Shirt last week of February ... website stated delivery would be in 8-15 days...today is the 9/4/2020 still no show.... when I contacted the customer service email I was told it takes up to 30 days for delivery and 2 weeks for their warehouse to process an item... no tracking number once it has left the states (I live in OZ) ... so now I am asking for a refund or resend WITH o/seas tracking supplied... waiting for an answer and will update this review and offer more positive reviews on different sites if I receive a positive and quick outcome... so far VERY disappointing experience... Julie
