“The product wasn’t as good as I expected from the pictures on your website. I did exactly what you recommended in the directions. However, I am a black woman with their skin in the freckles did not show up. Maybe need a darker henna for black people..”

“I was very disappointed to find upon opening my package that each tube had leaked out into the bag. Reading we are supposed to freeze the items when they do not arrive with cold packs is very frustrating. I feel so let down & a complete waste of money. I did seek out a quality product & company, but sincerely regret it”

“The freckle kit arrived broken (broken tip leaking). I’ve reached out to mihenna twice to get a replacement but have yet to hear back after over a week. Disappointed with their produce and service :(”
