“Ordered something and immediately saw that the wrong unit was put on the order. Called and was refused help even though the order wasn’t going to be shipped for two more days. When tracking was finalized was told I could have UPS hold the package okay I’ll do that since you all refuse to help. That was a lie I can’t stop the package and then found out they lie and say they ship UPS when it’s actually USPS. There was never a way they could help because they lied who it was going to”

“If I can put a negative rating for this I will do that. Ordered a pair of loafers and I received damaged item. Why would they send a defetive one in the first place? Is there no quality control for MK items? Very disappointed. Responses to email takes forever. I will never ever buy MK products again.”

“Worst of the worst ..they are not helping you … I had this pair of sandals who are defects I guess.. strap broke.. and no one at Michael Kors are helping besides sending you a repair company in New Jersey…wow I’m done with Michael Kors …”

“I dont even write reviews but my experience with these people was so horrible I had to do one. I ordered a belt bag from them and realized shortly after that the shipping address was incorrect. I immediately called them to get it changed before the item shipped and was told that they couldnt do anything. i was told that the item had to ship and then needed to be redirected to the warehouse. Then 3-5 business days past that point i could be refunded. this is absolutely insane. I have never heard of anything like this in my life. Then i was receiving emails stating that my item was on its way (which i dont even live at that address anymore), so i chatted them to let them know. i was told by the person on their online chat that they will reroute it. I am not confident that they will. they wouldnt provide me an incident number or anything so i can track it to see if they are going to reroute the item. I pray the item doesnt go to some stranger at my old address. I will never order from them again and am upset i didnt read the reviews before i purchased.”

“Don't purchase from this company, after your 1 yr warranty is up they no longer help you get your item fixed or replace. Send they have have no pride in the product they sale. I've tried leaving a puc but it will not accept it.”

“Michael cause destroyed my little girls Christmas I ordered a handbag and a pair of shoes and they sent me an item that I never ordered a black handbag. Me and my husband saved up very hard for these items and they sent me the wrong item. My husband is on dialysis three times a week to keep alive and I have an autistic son got Addison’s disease gotta take medication every six hours to keep life me and my husband saved up very hard for these items for my little girls Christmas and she didn’t end up getting nothing. Thank you very much Michael Kors for a wonderful Christmas”

“RETURN POLCY IS HORRIBLE. Bought a purse for GF for holidays and she wanted different color. Attempted to return to local store and I was 3 days past the holiday return date of Jan 15th. Kors will not accept return, nor give any type of refund/gift card - nothing. Yes, it states return policy but I am a male who does not shop at the store. What I can tell you is I will NEVER buy anything from this company again.”

“Spent over $600.00, months ago, for 2 bags supposedly with big discount, received 1 dirty and "USED" reported it to the website where purchased, emailed them, chat (the worst service of all, chat does NOT work, spent a long time waiting for a chat, got in a chat, the woman had NO clue even how to type or care to help), emailed the corporate management office, NO one responded, NO one refund me, or cared to find out what happened, other than ignore that we pay for the products, do NOT waste your money on this name brand, as it is NOT worth your effort to try to do business with them, unfortunately they do not care about your business. Also, the tag in the used item I did get showed that the actual price for the item is 1/2 the price of the supposedly on sale price I paid, this is FRAUD -- and need to be reported to the Consumer Protection Agency, we as consumer can do something about it, do NOT buy their overpriced items, do not let them charge for something they did not deliver, and report fraud. Where is my refund of the item Michael Kors did NOT send?”

“I bought few things from Michael Kors. Everything else S fine but shoe doesn’t fit me so I decided to get exchanged.their policy for returning says 90 days and I ordered 12-26-2022 and arrived after 3 weeks now they refused to return. I was hoping to try stand for what they say.”

“STAY AWAY FROM M K PRODUCTS! I bought a wallet and purse at the MK store and spentvover $700 and the leather wallet started breaking down before a year was up. I started the warranty claim and was approved but for a very low dollar amount on a giftcard. It isn't even worth the trouble for what they give you compared to what you pay for their expensive products that don't even last! I recommend Coach as they last!!!!!!”

“Very disappointing. I bought MK purse online & it was a defective piece. Since I bought online I didn't had the paper receipt so when I went to return the bag at Crabtree valley mall they sent me back to come back with paper receipt. so my husband took the paper receipt & went again to return it. This time they said you have a different card so my husband said this is the 2nd time I am coming its very disappointing to see how badly this is being taken care of then they took it back. So I would suggest not to buy online. very poor customer service & bad piece.”

“Never buying from Michael Kors again, I bought a small bag for traveling from Michael Kors Crabtree mall Raleigh, NC , but I found what what I am looking for at Tory Burch so I decide to return MK bag, the store manager claimed that there is a stain and food crumbs inside the bag to refuse to return it, he is a liar, raciest, white male, the bag did not leave the shopping bag and no stain or crumbs inside ( Check picture)”

“I received today my mens wallet order from MK and it is a gift for my boyfriend but unfortunately the box of the parcel looks cheap and its almost opened! Like there is no even a box of michaelkors for the wallet itself! Like this is the 1st time I bought and not satisfied about it. I paid for expressed and yet it came morethan 2 weeks lol! What a waste of money then. Not a recommendable to buy online!”

“Hi. This is very shameful I bought a watch for my girlfriend birthday And I been charged 8£ for express delivery Just to get the item quickly and to make it on time I supposed to get the item on 06/12/2022 I called to the costumer service just to ask that I will get it on time that is how i paid the delivery fee and they said sir you don’t have to worry you will get it Guess what? I didn’t get it So I called back to Michael Kors complaining and she said is not on our hand Do you this is fare and reliable?? What the heck yo mean man they treat me like a dumb really unreliable company Now I don’t know where is the item Her birthday it’s gone now, and the day of delivery is expired Please spreads this message to all your colleges and family I’m protesting to this scammer company They have really bad costumer service They won’t help you before the delivery day they will speak nice and when everything messed up they will say it’s on in our hand sorry all you can do is wait So before you spend your money you better think Thief’s Michael Kors is not the right company for online shopping They promised but will not do anything trust me.”
