I purchased a purse and 4 months later the lining tore. I have several MK purses. I sent pictures at the request of Customer service (3 times). I was then advised that I needed to send the purse back for inspection. If it was a manufacturers defect the would fix the purse (Sorry, fix?) or replace (that is what a good company does). If it determined not to be a manufacturers defect they send it back with an "oh well". I called and had to ask for a supervisor 3 times and 20 minutes later a spoke with someone who said, sorry that's how it works. So to recap... I send it back (mail time 5-7 days), wait for a decision (2-3 days, wait for repair (unacceptable option)or replace (2-3day), mail my purse back (5-7 days. Not very convenient for the customer, espicially for a purse that is four months old...never again. I would never have anticipated the tear in the purse or that after 4 months I would have an issue getting satisfaction. Will never buy another MK purse again. You. need to reexamine how you treat your customer...especially the loyal ones

Received a Michael Kors watch that I purchased for a gift. I opened up the package and found the front stone is missing. Called customer service to see if I can get one from another store since it was bought at a mk store. They would not let you return it, instead, they want me to ship it back and wait up to 30 days for a refund. I paid $480.00 for a crappy quality along with the worst customer service. They do not sell quality merchandise nor do they care once they have your money. I called my credit card company right away and sent the return info and pictures. Do not buy anything from Michael Kors

Michael Kors have beautiful collection but their smart watches aren't great at all: The battery has such Short live which is unavailable even for their own repair team and the customer service doesn't even compete or measured with such a high-value brand at all. I m very disappointed with MK watches and very frustrated w their repair team and their "Customer Care" team I guess what I m trying to say is: MK Smart watches may last for 12 months if you are lucky. After that, they can't help with it all should you have any problems as their equipment is suddenly outdated instead they will make you to have replacement as "kind gesture" so you pay more money. I recommend you to think twice before you purchase bcuz as great as MK is with other stuff like bags etc their smart watches aren't that compatible. My advice is do Not buy their smart watches unless you don't mind spending money for commodities with short life battery and don't mind not having any technical support from MK.

I had a very good experience when I went to the store,but online is another story. I wanted to purchase a purse and a pair of sneakers. I put them in the basket and when trying to pay, it just freezed. After many attempts, I gave up. Next day, tried again and surprise: the sneakers were not with the same price. From 99$ the day before, they were 169$. I called costumer service & after a lot of questions of identification & letting me wait, all I got as an answer was a cold ' can't do anything about it. That's the price now.". Is this a joke? I still purchased the purse, a little more than 400$ ( I had to use my store credit)and got the same sneakers for 99$ at Browns, but I've decided to never buy again from them.

Made an online order to Michael Kors and realized that I made a mistake with the shipping address I immediately called customer service to see if I could get it fixed and they assured me that it would be done within 24 hours my package got shipped out with the wrong address and luckily it went to my neighbours house. I would never recommend ordering from this company they have the absolute worst customer service that you will ever encounter . Save your money and shop elsewhere.

The company is a joke. Their policy is that you can't cancel an order once it's placed. Even before it's shipped or packaged. You have to wait for the item to arrive at your house and then ship it back. Will never buy from this company again.

by accident I sent Michael Kors the wrong package, they received, It on Jan 21 but they can not location it and almost a month. They keep telling me they have to wait for the warhorse to find the package. Many time I have requested a supervisor to call me and they have not. I will never buy anything from them again.I spent hundred of dollars with this company. Now I will report the item stolen and have the police deal with it now. I have waiting too long for them to do nothing.

I called yesterday because my first and last Michael Kors purse has proven to be cheaply made with a $600 price tag. They refused to fix it or replace it. She then offered me an email to have it fixed myself at my cost, I asked her to email it to me since there were more letters than the alphabet in the address and still have not received that email or address from the customer service. I have an extensive purse collection and prefer to look at most of them rather than use them on a regular basis. I decided to give my fabulous Louis Vuitton a break and finally pulled out my pretty blue Michael kors purse since its never been outside yet I figured it needed a turn. To my surprise after less than a month of use and less than 2 weeks of using the strap, I found my purse on the ground of the parking lot after snapping off of my neck. I love my purses as we all do but I will never purchase another Michael kors in this lifetime. I highly recommend you spend a little extra and get Louis Vuitton, which has proven in 4 years its durability to life.

I ordered a belt from them last 2020z it was their reversible belt. I got my item a week after and it was the wrong item and felt like a fake one. I emailed them and asked to change it. They picked it up but never had the replacement. That’s 100 dollars down the drain. Terrible.

But I didn't get it. Was trying to do something with that, texting via mail to the company but they were acting like they are playing for time. Thanks to paypal, they helped me to refund all the funds.

Do you don’t deserve that one star So I ordered this on the 3 so I could get it by Christmas so I called today to find out where is my package they told me oh it’s hold in transit I’ve got a claim it as last time we got to give you a refund a day before Christmas that’s a professional from big company like this

I have worst experience ever, i order in November till today didn't get it. Called customer service several times, stayed on hold for about 1 hour, waiting to talk to supervisor. She promised to call back but she didn't and the occasion i need the bag already got passed. I would never shop from them ever.

Y’all suck!!!! Absolutely failures as a company. Ordered a over $100 purchase The picture looked huge and it comes in a tiny bag that looks like a muppet bag. I call a Lexington location and the manager was a absolute jerk! She had zero people skills and needs fired truthfully. She argues with me the entire time and says it was my mistake I got what I got!

I am really really disappointed by Michael Kors. Such a big brand to scam people, so I made a print hae on the 26th of November and till date my money is still pending to be cleared with them. They have been promising to refund my money but I have not received it. All they do is send generic emails and not looking into my matter. I have emailed them my bank statement reflecting the payment. I regret buying from the app 😭😭😭

IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM DON’T SHIP IT BACK IF YOU CAN GET TO A STORE. Bought and returned two pairs of shoes at the end of June, as they are made small and I needed a larger size. So sorry I shipped them back and didn’t go to the outlet. They were processed in two different cities, one was fine the other still has not refunded me. Took two months to acknowledge the system refund had a glitch and didn’t process. Told me in September I was getting a cheque but that wasn’t my method of payment as stated in the refund rules. Now I’m told the cheque was requested in October and should take four weeks. Check Better Business Bureau complaints filed. Over 100 in 2021. I’M INTO MY 5TH MONTH WAITING FOR MY REFUND. Good luck.

I purchased a purse from their website directly in January. Within a few months it started pulling apart. I put the purse up for several months. In August I found that my purse had a one year warranty so I reached out to them to determine how to proceed. They told me I had to ship my purse to them back at my expense and they would repair or replace my purse with a similar alternative. I shipped it back to them on August 13. August 21 I still had not heard from them so I reached out via email. They said they had not received my purse. I provided the tracking number and that they received the purse on August 19. They then said they would provide this information to another team and I needed to continue contacting them every 3-5 days for an update. That alone is frustrating since a good customer service team should be updating their customer. They continued making excuses for the delays including that they were dealing with flooding. First or second week of September they finally updated that they could not repair my purse and offered 5 alternatives. I selected the purse that was the closest match to my purse that I had sent them. They stated I needed to make a choice within 48 hours or risk my choice not being available. I selected my choice within a day. I’ve been continuing to try and get updates since that time. They have had my purse for 2 months now. I’m out the initial purse price plus the certified shipping cost to mail the purse back to them. While they have only stolen my money (that’s how I feel since they have my money and the item and blatantly lied telling me I would receive my fixed purse or a close substitute back). In the last month they have offered store credit less than the original price and shipping and I declined. They have since offered a store credit close to purse price. I have declined all store credit. I want what they originally told me which is my purse fixed or a substitute. That should not be this hard when this is what they promised when I paid to ship my purse back to them 2 months ago. Terrible business and I will not be spending my money with them in the future. This is terribly upsetting that their prices are so high yet their quality has gotten bad and their customer service is even worst. They aren’t a company that cares about their customers. Just the money they get.

I purchased my purse in January of this year. Less than 4 months after I get it, the handles start falling apart. I finally took to their warranty process in august. I had to mail the purse back at my expense. I waited over a week and did not even get confirmation they received my purse. I included all information with my purse that I was supposed to. They claimed they did not receive my purse until I provided they tracking number which showed who it was signed by on August 19. I have had to hound them for every update I have gotten. The last was saying my purse couldn’t be fixed and I could make another selection. Which I did over a week ago. I responded within a short period of time of receiving the email which stated I needed to choose within 48 hours to ensure my choice didn’t sell out. Previous reviews now have me worried. I just sent an email stating I want my old messed up purse, the replacement or my money back and I’m just out my shipping cost as a lesson learned. This is not an acceptable way to do business. They have definitely lost a customer with me due to this.

Can I give a zero star? I purchased a purse that started falling apart within 2 months. I followed the warranty process returning the purse for inspection. A month later MK still has my money and my purse. I have continually had to email them to get status updates. They offered me a different purse which I accepted. That was 2 weeks ago. I reached out again only to find out that purse isnt available. If I hadnt reached out they would not have made any attempt to contact me to offer anything else. They just want to keep the money and hope I will walk away. DO NOT purchase MK products. They do not stand by their products and the assistance is HORRIBLE!!

My complaint is should you need to return something you better be prepared to do backflips and then some. My kids bought me a watch for my 65th birthday, watch was beautiful, however was to big for my small wrist. I brought it a to jeweller who said it couldn’t be shortened:( only then did I try to reach out to return, called/emailed five times only to be told different thing every time..long story short they just said it’s outside their 30 day return…even after pleading that with COVID one needs to order well in advance since you can’t depend on “normal” delivery times AND it was for a surprise birthday party! Let’s just say that I won’t be supporting Michael Kors brand in the future!
