I brought a purse in the emblem broke off and they gave me a hard time about getting it replaced..it’s still not replaced…I will not purchase anything else from this company ever!!!

Horrible Customer Service at Woodburn, Oregon MK outlet We went to the MK outlet store in Woodburn, Oregon on April 29, 2024 at 6.30 pm, I had a HORRIBLE experience! I wanted to buy a bag strap, and I asked for a new one. The lady that helped me said that the one on the display is just the same! And I said I wanted the new one that not on the display (and this is very common that customers ask for new products that not on display. And even many times at a store they put the sign “display only” with the special price). I repeated to ask for the new one, and she also kept saying the same thing, that the one on display is just the same! After I insisted she reluctantly gave me the new one. I went to the cashier to pay, and I told the cashier that I want to give feed back..and you know what, she just directly went on “defensive mode” by saying that the one on display is just the same! And I said again that customers are king, and customers have the right to ask for the one not on display. And then she argued what if they don’t have the new one? I said then it’s a different case! She said again display is just the same, just like when you buy at grocery! Whattt? They compare MK store to a grocery store?? What a great customer service!! The customer service is so horrible, so rude and so defensive! We will not go back to that store again! To the owner of the store, please listen to all these complains here…

I don't recommend this company. I have yet to receive my order and my delivery date keeps changing. Customer service is stuck on repeat, USPS has said they haven't received the package, and MK's rep is saying they have. Haven't had an update on the package since 4/6/24. Totally unprofessional, I will never order from them again.

I buy this bag last year. I have been use for a couples time because is yes for special occasions but las times I seed the bag is star ripped off on buttons sidelying and the is for life because is lather but is no strong enough..

I purchased multiple pairs of shoes one pair the sole is coming off of a brand new loafer and MK is refusing to fix it or replace it. I will not be purchasing their products on the future. I have an extensive line of MK products purses & shoes. I purchase a MK watch for Christmas for my fiance' but I'm finished with their product. There Site is NOT allowing me to attach the picture.

Worst return I have ever experienced. I know more then the representative. She insisted I had to return to FedEx because it was sent that way. I told her it is always Ups. She insisted it had to go to FedEx. We drove 30 miles out of our way round-trip to be sent to UPS 2 miles from our house. When I contracted customer service to tell them my experience they presucceed to tell me it is always UPS. Really! I told your representative that and she insisted they changed and sent me a ups label to use at FedEx. I will never shop MK again. They no longer have the customer service or quality! I wish I could give them a negative 0.

The quality of the product is shameful. This is the second purse I purchased, where the handle is ripping after only few months. This is WALMART quality. The first instance was couple of years ago, and I just let it go thinking it is a fluke and I wasn't going to make a fuss about. Unfortunately, I purchased another purse just six months ago and after it started looking the same way as the first bag, I decided to contact the company. After sending them pictures and proof of purchase, I was notified that I will have to ship the purse to them for inspection. They wanted to see if it can be repaired. By the way, I would have to pay for the cost of shipping! Why? It is their faulty product that needs to be repaired. The long story short: I WILL NEVER BUY MICHAEL KORS PRODUCTS AGAIN. That is not how good business is handled. Reputable companies stand behind their products; this company is not one of them.

I purchased a MK neck chain around August last year from a well known retailer. Few months later the clasp for it suddenly broke. I got the 'Michael Kors 14K Rose Gold-Plated Sterling Silver Cluster Necklace MKC1543BH791' (with matching ring) from the retailer. I loved the set so much that I looked for and bought matching earrings and slide bracelet from an online retailer. I contacted MK now about the broken clasp and let them know about the cheap quality of the clasp. MK responded by saying I did not buy from them or their authorised MK shops so nothing they can do about it I'm surprised by MK's response. They should be more concerned about the MK material quality. I also contacted shop I bought it from to let them know (waiting for their response). Based on this experience and cheap quality of product material, I'm never purchasing an MK product (not that this will matter to MK anyway).

On March 20, 2024, I ordered a purse and dust bag for my sister's birthday. On March 24, 2024 I received an email stating that the dust bag would arrive gift wrapped on March 25, 2024 and the purse would not arrive until March 28th. What an epic failure in common sense and general care. They were both ordered together with a request to be gift wrapped. Never again will I order from this website.

March 20th, I ordered a purse and dust bag for my sisters birthday to be gift wrapped. I found out. I received an email March 24, 2024 that the dust bag would be arriving March 25, 2024 gift wrapped while the purse will be arriving March 28, 2024 not gift wrapped nor containing the birthday message. How dumb????? Both items were ordered at the same time and there is no legitimate reason why this error should have been made other than customer service is deplorable and does not care. I will never order from the website ever again.

Yes I have to echo what others are saying customer service is not helpful at all . They do not even put you through to a supervisor when you request to speak to one ?? What is that about? My recommendation is shop elsewhere you business is appreciated and not taken for granted. I know I will in the future and will tell my friends to do the same. Be forewarned they have no concept as to what constitutes good customer service

Ordered something and immediately saw that the wrong unit was put on the order. Called and was refused help even though the order wasn’t going to be shipped for two more days. When tracking was finalized was told I could have UPS hold the package okay I’ll do that since you all refuse to help. That was a lie I can’t stop the package and then found out they lie and say they ship UPS when it’s actually USPS. There was never a way they could help because they lied who it was going to

If I can put a negative rating for this I will do that. Ordered a pair of loafers and I received damaged item. Why would they send a defetive one in the first place? Is there no quality control for MK items? Very disappointed. Responses to email takes forever. I will never ever buy MK products again.

Worst of the worst ..they are not helping you … I had this pair of sandals who are defects I guess.. strap broke.. and no one at Michael Kors are helping besides sending you a repair company in New Jersey…wow I’m done with Michael Kors …

I dont even write reviews but my experience with these people was so horrible I had to do one. I ordered a belt bag from them and realized shortly after that the shipping address was incorrect. I immediately called them to get it changed before the item shipped and was told that they couldnt do anything. i was told that the item had to ship and then needed to be redirected to the warehouse. Then 3-5 business days past that point i could be refunded. this is absolutely insane. I have never heard of anything like this in my life. Then i was receiving emails stating that my item was on its way (which i dont even live at that address anymore), so i chatted them to let them know. i was told by the person on their online chat that they will reroute it. I am not confident that they will. they wouldnt provide me an incident number or anything so i can track it to see if they are going to reroute the item. I pray the item doesnt go to some stranger at my old address. I will never order from them again and am upset i didnt read the reviews before i purchased.

Don't purchase from this company, after your 1 yr warranty is up they no longer help you get your item fixed or replace. Send they have have no pride in the product they sale. I've tried leaving a puc but it will not accept it.

Michael cause destroyed my little girls Christmas I ordered a handbag and a pair of shoes and they sent me an item that I never ordered a black handbag. Me and my husband saved up very hard for these items and they sent me the wrong item. My husband is on dialysis three times a week to keep alive and I have an autistic son got Addison’s disease gotta take medication every six hours to keep life me and my husband saved up very hard for these items for my little girls Christmas and she didn’t end up getting nothing. Thank you very much Michael Kors for a wonderful Christmas

RETURN POLCY IS HORRIBLE. Bought a purse for GF for holidays and she wanted different color. Attempted to return to local store and I was 3 days past the holiday return date of Jan 15th. Kors will not accept return, nor give any type of refund/gift card - nothing. Yes, it states return policy but I am a male who does not shop at the store. What I can tell you is I will NEVER buy anything from this company again.
