In February 2022, I purchased a game from Miniature Market and used the "Customer Hold" feature so the item could be shipped at a later date. Later in 2022, I also had two other items held. When I received the shipment in December, 2022, the item I purchased in February was missing. When I contacted MM Customer Service, I was told that Customer Hold items are not set aside when purchased. As such, final delivery is subject to whether or not the item is in stock when the item (s) are released for shipment. So, the only thing that was being held by Miniature Market for nine months was the money I paid in February for an item that wasn't placed on hold at all. Yes, I was issued a refund for the missing item, but this seems to me to be a very questionable business practice, especially since the item was bought and paid for. Very disappointed!

I've bought a lot of items from MM and they are great. However, I think it's worth noting the recent shipping delays and lack of communication from MM. There's been a small splash page on the website for a few months about moving warehouses and some delays in shipping should be expected. That is fine and I'm happy to see the store grow. What I'm disappointed with is the complete silence about shipping times once an order is placed. My most recent order was stuck in a "virtual shipping queue" for 3 weeks with no details on when to expect my items. This used to be a store that shipped the next day. Based on the most recent website update, the shipping schedule won't be resolved any time soon, so I think stick with some other online retailers for the foreseeable future.

The product received is exactly as advertised, so I'm happy with that. My order took an excessively long time to arrive. I understand they moved into a new warehouse, but for months now, the orders take forever to arrive. I have no idea. when they might start getting orders to customers within a week instead of nearly a month.

My order was delayed and ended up stuck in the Virtual Order Queue for a significant period. I didn't receive any updates or a delivery estimate. To be fair, they had a banner up on the site saying to allow extra time for delivery. Still, it took so long to ship I nearly cancelled the order and bought from another vendor.

Great prices with an easy to use, and well thought out page layout. If there is a problem with your order though, it will take a very long time to get it fixed. There was an issue with my first order nearly a month ago that is still not resolved.

Product quality was good, price was also good. Timeline for shipping was as stated when I order the product. I reduce the review to 2 stars from 5 due missing one of the winter wolf figures. I bought two and only got one. I have reached out to help desk. No response at this time.

Unfortunately, my order got stuck and I had to contact customer service after almost three weeks to get it actually sent to me. Customer service was very nice though…

The store is pretty nice, however the online presence is deplorable. Customer service appears to be an afterthought. I will not consider ordering online again if I can avoid it. The survey options are equally lacking - gap in reply time from 12 hours to over a week, so I selected the more closer option of the two (over a week).

This is made out of extremely flimsy material. One of the rows of bottle holders snapped while I was building it. It’s keeping my work station organized, which is what I bought it for, but this thing is comically over priced. I’m a big fan of Vallejo products normally, but I encourage everyone to pass on this one.

While these are nice quality miniatures if you are like me and ordered them thinking they went hand in hand with the new Dragons of Stormwreck starter set think again. The iconic characters from the 80s D and D cartoon these miniatures represent are featured in the art for the new starter set but are nowhere to be found in the premade characters in the game. Really a disappointing miss by Wizards of the Coast. I feel hoodwinked and bamboozled but such is life I guess.

Packaged great but took a month to ship it to me. My lgs didnt have the paint I needed in stock so I ordered here and got it after they got their's restocked... which they told me would take a whole month. Also my miniature xanathar was missing pieces so I had to contact gale force 9 for replacement. I'll most likely be ordering again but just hope their shipping times are better once they finish moving warehouses.

I purchased 12 decks/ reinforcement packs in September 2022. They went on sale shortly after delivery. I called to ask if they could discount the difference to my account, but I was directed to do a return. Silly, since I do want the items, and will likely reorder them. Wish there was a better policy about this.

The prices and selection are good but my order sat for nearly a month before shipping and customer service was fairly non-responsive. Was not a good experience for my first order with MM

Unfortunately, the only positive thing I have to say about Miniature Market this time is that my order was well packed and secure. It took over two weeks before my order was processed, so I received my books long after the scheduled date of a game I was supposed to run. I do understand it was caused by a warehouse move, but had I known about that before, I'd have placed my order at another store (the one I submitted for price match, because I wanted to support MM) and avoided the delay. The first time I've heard about the move was when I emailed MM's support after a week of my order not being processed. I assume that was a one-off, so I'm willing to give MM another chance, based on past orders, but if something like that happens again, I'll be looking for a different hobby supplier.

Funny thing. We never received this. (The playmat). 30 days later, we were told the inventory count was inaccurate and they sold it when they did not have it in inventory. Not your best moment. We did eventually get a refund though. But still…not your best moment.

I got what I paid for and the sleeves are great on my werewolf deck but didn't receive it until a month later when it should've been a few days to a week. Me and this company are even four hours away. Would've been easier on me to just drive and pick it up. $8 on shipping is ridiculous for it to show up a month late.
