My order was delayed and ended up stuck in the Virtual Order Queue for a significant period. I didn't receive any updates or a delivery estimate.
To be fair, they had a banner up on the site saying to allow extra time for delivery. Still, it took so long to ship I nearly cancelled the order and bought from another vendor.
