“package came in on time even with the fires going on in my area.”

“Through no fault of MM my product was delayed and missed its release window by a month and a half (close to 2 months really). However, MM failed to notify me of the delay, communicate a promised follow up, or provide any update throughout the process. I recognize the situation is somewhat unusual, so I've only knocked one star, but the triple miss on handling the situation was definitely a miss in such an extreme situation.”

“I never got any emails from them until this one about the review(not in spam or junk either) so I was concerned about my order. I decided to give it 9 days from order date until I called and it came in 7. Everything was great. I'm OK without an email if things work out- for some people that may be stressful! - only reason for not 5stars”
