“There was some slight damage to the product box when it arrived inside the package. The box it is was shipped in seemed fine so I'm not sure what happened. The product ended up being just fine though. Shipping time on the preorder was good overall.”

“I have bought a few dozen games from Miniature Market over the past two or three years. Each time, they have been fantastic. Their customer service is quick to resolve problems, personable and professional at every turn. Their selection and prices can't be beat. Their packing department does a great job of protecting your games and I have never had a single item come damaged.”

“Shipping was prompt and my item was delivered within 48hrs of label creation. Miniature Market was not a participant in a preorder bonus item for my purchase, despite offering preorders, and this was not disclosed on the product page. I had to reach out to Miniature Market support to confirm if I would receive my item.”
