“Miniature Market used to be great, but now that they're under different management the quality of service has greatly dminished. I've had a lot of my orders automatically cancelled and sometimes without notification. Some of those cancelled orders for whatever reason don't automatically provide me with a refund (whether Gift Certificate or back to original form of payment), and thus I have had to call and ask to have the refund fully processed. Calling is another issue, the hours for calling support aren't convenience for someone in the Pacific time-zone. Additionally, most of the time that I call, I don't manage to get to speak to someone and have to call back several times. Some of my hold-orders I release only to find out that my item is no longer is stock. Which doesn't make sense considering I pay for an item that is supposed to be in stock and allocated to me. I'm really disappointed in what Miniature Market has become.”

“Came quickly and in perfect condition. The expansion itself is a great addition to the base gam with very nice miniatures for a number of additional characters. If you're a fan of RE3 I definitely recommend picking this up, and Miniature Market is offering the price that I've seen.”
