My order came in a box which had been opened. Three items were missing. They refunded me for these straight away which was good. I kept one top out of my order of around 20 items. I just looked at my bank statement and they only refunded me for half the items. Also each item has been individually refunded, so iv had to go through and calculate what they paid and what they still owe. Really poor and unorganised service.

Terrible, awful... don't have words. The worst experience ever. And the most annoying thing is you can't speak with anybody! Prepare to wait for any kind of answer forever. Lame

I've had positive experiences until now. My latest customer service and return experience with Missguided has been awful. Since getting rid of their Royal Mail returns I've questioned whether to shop with them and after attempting to make a return via Asda To You, I am completely done with the company. My return has never made it. After 17 days of waiting I sent Missguided proof that I returned an item and a Customer Service Team Member informed me via Twitter they had processed my return and I would be getting payment. Over 10 days later, I hadn't received money and contacted them again; I have now been told they haven't received the return and need proof again. Essentially the original member of the Customer Service team had lied to me. I have been ignored for over 24 hours on all channels of contact with the company and my request for a serious complaints contact has also been ignored. I am completely shocked and disappointed. They have lost a loyal customer.

Don't ever order off missguided!! Ordered a dress on the 1st Dec, paid for next day delivery, dress didn't turn up by the 6th so asked for update and offered a refund for next day delivery charge... never received. Can only contact them by chat online where you get sarcasm and "here is your tracking no" tracking says "whoops something went wrong". On my account, my order has disappeared from my Order History section. Asked for a refund using my order ref and was told I could have a refund once I received the dress and sent it back!!! 😠😠 The worst online shopping experience ever!

Avoid. Returned items on 23rd NOVEMBER today is 8th of DECEMBER.contacted them via Facebook,chat service and email in total of 12 times! On the 11th time girl named Zinhle told me my refund was issued. Untill this evening i thought everything will be fine. Took screen shots. Today had to contact them again to be told. My refund actually was not refunded by the girl dealing with me previously despite the fact that she told me she did and accepted proof of order beeing posted out WITCH I THREW OUT AFTERWARDS. now this evening they where looking for more proof!!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GET CAUGHT LIKE I WAS

Same as previous reviews absolutely disgusting customer service, my delivery didn't arrive and they blamed an address error, no real attempt to amend had to speak to 4 separate people on live chat over a week, all who couldn't answer my questions and were giving me different information, in the end they have told me they are going to refund my order as the items are all out of stock (I have checked and 1 of 5 is now out of stock but they can't send me it and just refund 1 item apparently) I will also loose my 50% off and have nothing to wear for my Christmas party, absolutely useless

Ordered twice and now on both occasions they’re trying to short change me missing the refund for one item on both occasions. Firstly they do not send you an email showing how much they have refunded you and for which items I have to email them to ask as I don’t trust them. Only then I find out they’ve short changed me. And then they want to see the proof of return receipt which only shows that it’s been sent which they already know seeing as they’ve confirmed and refunded for all else but one item. The receipt does not show the weight of package. I’m having to waste more time emailing them then finding the receipt just to get refunded on an item which I’ve sent back and they know it. They really do try their best to take your money even for goods you’ve returned hoping you’ve lost your receipt. So make sure you keep the receipt and properly check all items have been refunded for.

Ordered from this company and was pretty stoked. My item came and was way to big. Went to exchange it, only to learn they don't do exchanges. This was not on the website. I was then told that I could return my item and order it again. The problem being, I used a discount code and was told I wouldn't be able to use it in my new order. I have talked to 7 people in chat most of which just disabled the chat and tried emailing 3 times okus reaching out through Facebook. All I wanted to do in the end was talk to a manager but apparently that doesn't exist. I'm told that there is no way to contact a manager. I'm so tired of dealing with this problem. Will never order from them again.

Disgusting customer service,if I could rate missguided a zero I would! Returned 2 items one month ago & have been chasing my refund for over 2 weeks,having 5 live chats,each time being told to wait a few more days!! I have sent proof of return 4 times & had 2 emails & a Facebook message ignored!! I have now had to go through PayPal to claim my refund!! Complete joke!!

horrendous customer service, to be honest there is zero customer service and they do the bare minimum. So many of my orders have never got sent to me and I have been debited the money or I have returned items and they receive them and never refund. I am sick of chasing things up with them. So unprofessional, would not go near them again. Not worth the money for the quality either

Do not I repeat Do NOT CLOSE YOUR PAYPAL DISPUTE IF MISSGUIDED ASKS YOU IN ORDER TO GET YOUR MONEY. ONCE THE CASE IS CLOSED YOU WILL NOT SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN . CORRUPTED AND DODGY . Bunch of liars who keeps lying about refund so you do not open a case with paypal and lie even after so you close dispute.when item is sold out they send you whatever stock they have left so you have no choice but sending the item back and paying for postage. After contacting them I was told i have been refunded. I waited 5 days as i was told but no refund . After opening the case with paypal I got a message saying that you wont get a refund cause you have opened a case. How can you say you have refunded and all of a sudden no refund after 5 days! I should have recieved the refund by the time I opened the case if they really made a payment. Long story short the refund should have been issued in October and now it is end of November and I am still chasing up my refund! They keep harrassing me to close my dispute . No thanks !

Ordered on 17 November with 50% code, never landed, live chatted and they said it had got lost in click and collect, so they would put the order through again. Got an email to say half the order isn't available, so got refunded what wasn't in stock, said they'd send the rest next day delivery, a week later and still waiting, tried live chat explained, no reply off nakita, said 'hello anyone there?!!!' got ' give me 2 mins' as a reply 20 minutes later, guess what still no reply and then lo and behold live chat is not working!! Dreadful customer service, think they can't afford to do the 50% off and that's why no one gets their items, I will not be purchasing from them again, which is a shame because my daughter loves their clothes.

half my order never turned up. facilityfor chat never works. took fivedays 8 emails 3 twitter messages for a response and just got told i will be receiveing a refund. instead of the things i ordered. no communication at all. o will never wver use them again discraceful

Placed an order on black Friday for a dress 50% off, checking on my trackinv number the carrier had not received it although misguided told me it was definitely dispatched and to wait 48 hours more! Then received an email to say I'm being refund That the item is out of stock, even though i was told it was DEFINITELY dispatched. The product was still on the website and told it was now in stock that I could reorder, (this was the same day I received my refund email) of xourse this time not 50% off...reordered as the honoured 50% after I had to ask and carrier yet again has not received it 2 days after order placed...told to wait 48hours again....worst customer service ever. Constantly just pawn you off to wait another 24-48hours rather than give honest answers. Will not shop again...now I'm left without a dress for my Christmas party.

Really bad!! made 2 orders, one got lost in transit and the other one came without an item. They just refunded the order without sending me the items back coz they are out of stock! This company is a joke! Spoke to Jacqueline using live chat not helpful at all.

I have received a faulty shipment and reached out to them many times with no help. extremely disappointed and will not return to buy anything until i am helped.

I received a faulty item in the mail (a shirt that had a hole in it), so I ordered another soon after and returned the other. Now the new package is lost/stuck in customs and Missguided Customer Service is running me in circles instead of issuing a resolve to the problem. I need the package early next week for an event! An appropriate solution would be issuing me a refund and reordering my item with overnighted shipping as a courtesy. Absolutely horrible. I understand that this is a web-based company but it's ridiculous to me that there are no phone operations with the company. Also need more staff to answer emails and DMs. Do better Missguided. I just want my package.

Never recieved my parcel and when I complained I was only given the choice of a credit note or replacement but they refused to give me a refund. After accepting the credit note I was informed that it can’t be used with any offers or promo codes making it useless to me as I already find there website overpriced rubbish.

This company has the worst customer service ever! They trick people by always having products shown in stock on their website, when really it's out of stock. This has happened to me twice and they only email me to say it's out if stock after I email them to ask why the product hasn't been delivered yet. Well whoever is thinking to buy from this company, I'll really say to think twice before you buy, cause I've always had bad experiences with them!
