“Cover works great”

“I placed a review on Monday regarding a clear coat cover, that was fit to my phone on Sunday 15/01/17 at White Rose shopping centre Leeds. Although the cover looked good I was not happy with it due to the fact it had started to come away from the phone before the end of the day. I may have just been unlucky as others seem happy with the product. I did return to the store in order to get a refund but was told that due to the fact a lifetime guarantee was included, no refunds were given. Having written my first review I was contacted by the co-founder of the company and a customer service representative from the USA, who were not happy to hear of my bad experience. Due to their involvement and contact with the UK seller, I was offered the opportunity of a replacement or a full refund. I did opt for the refund and would just like to add that the response from the US side of the operation, has been excellent and would like to think that one day the UK side of the operation would follow their lead. US customer service ***** Thanks.”

“If I could I would put a minus star rating. Had an I phone 5 covered on Sunday at the white rose shopping centre Leeds. That same day I noticed the plastic cover coming off the edges. Went back to the kiosk to complain. What a waist of time. The young girl offered to stick it back. I asked for a refund which was refused and the terms pointed out on their product leaflet, which is only given after purchase They are not on display round the stall. Keep well away from this product and company it is a rip off.”

“Product started to bubble in multiple locations and was showing significant scratches and divuts in the film 3 to 4 days after placement. Not durable at all. Would not give zero stars if i could.. went back 9 days after placement and they wanted $15 to replace. Don't waste your money here. Placed on samsung edge.”

“I have used lot of screen guards, this one is hassle free. Even though you would find air bubbles initially, it just vanishes magically in a day or two and fits perfectly. I have been using this for more than 2 years now. Bot for my macbook pro and all my iphones.”

“I give 5 is because when i purchase the order of my Xiaomi Mi5 clear coat it didn't really cover or protect all the side of the Mi5 there are very important area didn't cover at all , i also send an email to the support ask them why isn't like this but non of them reply me i felt cheated, actually this is a very good protector skin but i felt cheated and they didn't bother to reply too”

“The advertising is very convincing and I decided to purchase right away. Then the order process was difficult and I nearly gave up. The website was confusing... the transition of owner companies and business name changes made me fear this was a bait and switch. Then I feared I couldn't purchase online, that I would need to find a mall koisk (250 miles away). When I finally found an add to cart button I wasn't allowed to click on it.... for a couple hours, then suddenly it worked??? The product arrived in three days and was easy to apply. The touch/texture of the protector is fine, it doesn't feel rough at all. I haven't had the fusion phone protector long enough to know about scratch and shock resistance.”

“New phone fitted with fusion screen protector and clear coat on remainder of iPhone. 3 weeks later fusion screen protector is bubbling and peeling off. Took it back and told I was obviously picking at it and then told I've dropped and that is why it is coming off. Not a single scratch on phone and why would I spend £50 to peel the protection off. Told they are doing me a favour by charging to fit a new fusion protector. Told to look it up in dictionary difference of what the warranty they provide (lifetime) and guarantee 2 weeks. Don't waste your money when they say lifetime because you still have to pay after 2 weeks.”

“CINESATA SCHIFOSA! Ho comprato questa cinesata a 45 euro pensando che fosse roba buona e invece mi sono ritrovato una pellicola cinesata (con tutto il rispetto per le pellicole cinesi che sono di qualità indubbiamente migliore di questa robaccia).... questa pellicola è ciarpame puro, dopo 2 mesi dall'acquisto fa delle bolle (effetto varicella) che ovviamente non vanno via se non cambi la pellicola... ed ecco il bello: per cambiare la loro pellicola da 2 soldi "garantita a vita" dopo che si è rovinata da sola perchè è scadente al massimo, ti chiedono altri soldi, altri 5 euro. Ormai io mi sono fatto fregare, mi hanno fregato 50 euro, la prossima volta, prendo quelle dei cinesi che con 2 euro durano di più. Ho contattato il sito, dandoli il beneficio del dubbio, per chiedere se potessero sostituirmi la pellicola perche probabilmente difettosa, ma con grande professionalità mi hanno del tutto ignorato, forse preché sanno cosa stanno vendendo, bè, ora lo so anche io!”

“This is the best screen protector for those with an "edge" phone. It wraps around and stays put even with heavy edge swipping activity. Fit perfectly on my Note 7 and replacement Galaxy S7 Edge. Ask for a case friendly cut if you don't want the edges to peel up. Will buy again.”

“When i approached and enquired about the product. They said it will be a 360 degree protection and they said it is going to be edge to edge. But the end product was not what they said. It is not at all edge to edge. The sides were not at all done properly. This product might suit the iphones but not other phones if you are looking for edge to edge. When i asked them after it was done they started giving excuses. Very unhappy. I was charged £40. Waste of money.”

“I bought 2X clear coat for iphone 6s and samsung s7edge which were done in Leeds (70 GBP). 2 days later both came off and as I am traveling overseas could not take it back. 3 weeks later returned to another mobile outfitters who blatantly told me this is not his problem and should take it back to where I got it done otherwise will require to pay 12 gbp ( to put it back. Tweeted with the pictures of the products yet no response. Poor service & poor quality.”
