The sales staff was very friendly- only negative is that service isn’t approved by my insurance (I guess they figure you only need the “I’ve fallen and I can’t get up” assistance when you get old enough for Medicare- sorry, that’s not the case.

So far everything has gone well. I did have a false alarm because I had fiddled with the button that hangs around my neck. When a voice was asking me what help I needed I did not know how to respond. The problem was resolved and I keep the button under my top, so I am not touching it many times a day. When I completed my profile, the customer service representative was very clear about why they were asking me questions and was very professional and accommodating. I feel comfortable when I am alone with my MobileHelp. Thank you.

Once we received the correct parts, it works very well. Very sensitive so we have had to cancel a few alerts but that is better than not being alerted when needed.

You put me on hold with muzak when I fell, I called the ambulance on my own since you did not send anyone You sent someone to my home over one hour after i fell outside,they did not have the code to my lockbox(which you have) and would have broken down my door if my neighbor had not interceded. You had my home phone number down as my cell phone number. You kept calling me on my home phone after I was already in the ER and after my emergency contact told you I was in the ER already. I have asked for a full refund and I will report to the proper authorites if I do not receive it.

Very inconvenient that unit must be recharged daily. Would be helpful if unit had a belt clip attached

Delivery was quick and the device worked as advertised. I returned it and am waiting on refunds but I am trusting no problem . I return because I just am not ready for it yet.

This was a very poor unit. We spent much time with messages the monitor was too far from unit when they were 1’ apart. Also being woke up at nite with beeper to tell us that sensor on chest was not on tight, when it was. Disappointed with performance

I like the idea of having only one "center" to work with using the Micro necklace. Mine has fall detection which is great as we get older and sometimes less balanced.

So far I have been very pleased with this purchase even though I haven’t had to use it yet… the peace of mind is a great comfort. I have not had any issues and am glad it was simple and inexpensive. Sherry
