It is very sensitive. Calls and said” we detect you have fallen”. I had not. Called my son immediately. He call “ are you alright?” I sad, yes. Called mobile help had my monitor evaluated. It is fine. Has worked well all this week.

The unit is very sensitive to movement. Needs to be adjusted so I don't get called everytime the unit go off. Example: bending over, roll over in bed, crooking up my bra. I push on the button like it say and still get food calls. So I know the alarm works. Because when I do fall your company will be checking on me. Thanks

I loved everything about MobileHelp until I found out it uses AT&T service. The equipment, service, etc. wa s what was promised.

the fall button goes off much too often...it seems to be too sensitive...if I turn over while sleeping, it goes off! also, sometimes just touching the seat belt while driving. I will say that the response has been immediate and promptly canceled.

I would give our experience a 5 star rating , except for one point that I will get to in a moment. First, the people helping my mom and I were very kind and helpful. The system is simple to set up, and the devices seem to be robustly built. Costs are more resonable than their competitors despite quality support for any issues that may come up. Now, the only reason this wasn't a 5 star rating was we had to re-do what had been ordered for my mom. The first one we ordered had a base, a mobile device, a fall detection necklace, a shower button, and a wrist device. My mom is not tech savvy at all, and my wife and I are only able to keep from looking too uninformed with modest skills. We asked for the most simplistic system that provided fall protection. But this system sent was too many pieces, too many things to remember, and she was ready in two days and forget it and send it back. We spent several weeks talking and researching this, and it was too much for her right away. We communicated this with your representative, and he suggested the All-In-One system, where it is JUST a fall detection necklace. Perfect! We boxed the old system up and returned it. Got the new one and set it up yesterday in about five minutes, and then was transferred to the accounting department to insure the difference in cost for the new system was properly set up and funds returned to my mom. When we initially asked for the simplist system, THIS is what we were talking about, not the multi-piece system that overwhelms elderly that are already tech challenged. It almost scared her off to not have a fall detection device. That wasn't an option if she is going to maintain independence. Thank you so much to the technician that recognized what we meant when we asked for the simplist system. If this is what was offered to us in the beginning when we stated what we were looking for, the rating would have been 5+ stars. Scott F.

ihave only had mine a short time , i have set it off three times. once i could not stop it but worked as it was suppose to,.Only had a couple problem the concern me twice during the day it warned me the battery was low. But i put it on the charger every nighr for atleast 8 hours?

The customer support has been very good, they have responded quickly when tested and on two false alarms. Which is the reason I cannot give it 5 stars, as much I'd like to; The devices are kind of complicated for old folks because of the choices of too many pendants. I got the extra fall detection pendant on top of the basic non charging one, as well as the speaker pendant. The one with fall detection pendant was triggered by accident, twice, and my mom couldn't hear the base station, nor did she have the speaker pendant with her. Now she's afraid to wear the fall detection pendant because she's worried she'll accidently set it off. My suggestion is that MobileHelp send two speakers, which is what essentially we now use the speaker pendant for at this point, she's never going to wear that because it's too bulky. What the company has to figure out is a one pendant system, rather than three, there's just too many variables when it comes to deciding on which pendant is best.

We purchased MobileHelp for my brother who is disabled and has fallen several times recently. Having Mobile Help gives us peace of mind knowing we will be notified if he has another fall.

I like it, except it is a pain to remember to keep it from swinging when I bend over. Ot is very fast with the fall alarm.

I like it except that it goes off too easily with the fall feature. I was told to shorten the cord which I did but how when I hold something in front against me it goes off. I am satisfied because there is some drawback on every mobile device out there.

The alarm is fine but we need to charge it daily and sometimes more and in middle of the night is not fun. At first we had no internet and thought it would help if we got it to extend the time in between charges but it hasn’t helped much. If your person has memory issues get this sooner than later. I think we got it too late to be much use for my person. We will keep it for now to help us feel better. It would be nice if on the account page you could save the contacts and re-prioritize them versus deleting and filling all info out again. Was told this used be an option.

I like my MobileHelp so far, the only thing I would change is size of the unit you wear, it is too big and bulky.

No problem with system. Such aa relief to know that help is close by when I am by myself. Some questions about set-up & continuing workings--nothing that can't be taken care of' I have not needed to activate the system yet.
