Very prompt service. My 93 year old dad fell and I called Mobile Help and they promptly arrived with medical personnel.

we just purchased this and it was delivered just in time as I out the bracelet on my mom and then 4 hrs later she fell and hit the button. everyone has been kind and very helpful

So far am happy with my experience with Mobile Help. Not easy getting used to being wired, ha ha, but guess it's for my own good. Mobile Help has provided both day and night help, along with shower coverage. My family is resting easier and thanks to Mobile Help I feel safer. Oh the beauty of getting old.

I purchased a mini GPS. I feel safe wherever I go. With it's built-in speaker, I can respond easily in the event of a false alarm. I love it!!!

I am very disappointed in the unit, being way to big to wear all the time. After receiving it, I took on a 4 hr trip with me and it constantly kept going off as an emergency, every time I hit a bump. It wad mind-boggling. AM not interested, pls refund all my money since not being able to use it.

I love the ease of wearing the pendant- wish it were "prettier"- thankfully have not needed to use it. I do feel more at ease for my safety as I have it- Your set up person was super and very patient-

I have been in contact with two or three representatives of MobileHelp and I have found each to be vey professional, courteous, and helpful. Each of them were very patient when and detailed when answering any and all questions.

So far I like it for mom. Problem is when her hearing aids aren’t in, she can’t hear the operator talk through the “ mini”.

I'm glad I found MobileHelp, my mother was starting to fall and with me out of town I was very concerned. So I contacted MobileHelp and they educated me on their products. I'm very pleased with what they offered. I'm very relieved now that my mom is protected.

I like the MobileHelp button, I wear it all the time, however, I have contacted your customer service department on two different occasions because apparently, the salesperson who took my order misspelled my last name, which is Kordas, not cordas! I continue to get mail with my name misspelled although I have brought this to the attention of two different customer service representatives and each time they have told me that they have put in the correct information with my last name spelled "Kordas." So I don't know who is goofing up. Is it your customer service personnel or is it the people responsible for making the change once customer service has indicated a change needs to be made to the spelling of my last name. I hope whoever is responsible for reading these reviews will see that the correction is made. Thank you Ronald Kordas
