I have been in contact with two or three representatives of MobileHelp and I have found each to be vey professional, courteous, and helpful. Each of them were very patient when and detailed when answering any and all questions.

So far I like it for mom. Problem is when her hearing aids aren’t in, she can’t hear the operator talk through the “ mini”.

I'm glad I found MobileHelp, my mother was starting to fall and with me out of town I was very concerned. So I contacted MobileHelp and they educated me on their products. I'm very pleased with what they offered. I'm very relieved now that my mom is protected.

I like the MobileHelp button, I wear it all the time, however, I have contacted your customer service department on two different occasions because apparently, the salesperson who took my order misspelled my last name, which is Kordas, not cordas! I continue to get mail with my name misspelled although I have brought this to the attention of two different customer service representatives and each time they have told me that they have put in the correct information with my last name spelled "Kordas." So I don't know who is goofing up. Is it your customer service personnel or is it the people responsible for making the change once customer service has indicated a change needs to be made to the spelling of my last name. I hope whoever is responsible for reading these reviews will see that the correction is made. Thank you Ronald Kordas

We have just gotten Mobile Help. It has given me great peace of mind, knowing that my husband can get help whenever I am away from home. He has fallen several times in the last year and the services of MobileHelp are invaluable. It will also allow me to travel knowing he is able to get help quickly when/if necessary. The cost is so much less than other providers of this type of service yet we get the same value. Can't recommend it strongly enough.

I have recently added a mobile help device to my life. I am alone and to fall or suffer a medical emergency, I have no one to look to for help. Having my mobile help device gives me so much peace of mind. I can live my life and do anything I want, ANYWHERE I want and the device keeps me connected to immediate help should I ever need it. You simply cannot put a dollar amount on peace of mind. Thank You Mobile Alert!

First time my dad needed help.the ambulance showed up 2hrs later.Thank god it was only a panic attack not a heart attack.

Everyone was very helpful and did all they could to make this experience for my om a good one. Unfortunately her home is in a dead spot for connecting service. It was very disappointing for us buy I had nothing to do with the product or service

I am a new user - have had it for about 2 months. I am pretty satisfied with it so far. I have the all in one pendant which is nice and small. You can speak into it. Has fall detection which can be canceled if it's in error. Charges very quickly and lets you know when the charge is running low.
