I obviously don't understand what I purchased. I fell yesterday with no assistance from MobileHelp.

My mom was very reluctant to get any equipment that she had to put on her neck for she can no longer reach above her head. However, she has figured out that she can spin the connector to the front and is able, still with difficulty for her hands shake and her eyesight is failing, but she will finally get the lanyard fastened. I would suggest a magnetic clasp that connects more easily as the two ends start to come together.

I am pleased to say that this device and alert system for monitoring falls is excellent. I'm also pleased that the monitoring lets you know when you need to charge your battery.

It is hard to write a review as I am simply wearing the necklace and have not needed To press the button. I do feel good about having it in case it becomes needed. My internet is not faithful and I cannot tell when it is not on. I have been advised by family That I am not receiving calls. Techs are sent, but the problem remains. I may need to change providers.

Easy to order and install. Fall alert is very sensitive. I feel secure wearing inside and out

Got this for my 90 yr old dad after my mom passed away who still lives alone completely independent. Gave us (and him) peace of mind now that he lives alone. Had to use it a couple of times, the respose from the emergency responders was always fabulous
