“It did not work for me. The alarm for falling went off 12 times in one month when I never fell. I returned the equipment.”

“What in the world is MobileHelp??? I wrote them an email and it came back saying it does not exist. How can you review something that does not exist??????”

“I had to file a complaint with the Arizona fraud department to receive my refund for a device I had not received after waiting 10 days. The receiving date changed three times. Three times I was told a supervisor would call me and three times they did not. I was grossly overcharged with fees never disclosed such as two months payment up front. I was promised free shipping and was charged for it. I rejected multiple times the $6 per month premium and was charged as well. It was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I have never in my life had to file a complaint with consumer fraud. Until I dealt with Mobile Help. I do have a medical alert device. However, I went with a company that deals with me honestly and doesn't have the deceptive practices of Mobile Help.”

“I feel like there is a lot equipment to keep up with, moving it around over the house. We have hardly used the necklaces, but maybe we will later. The watches seem to work fine and the bathroom alarm I like.”

“MovileHelp was very helpful when I was looking for a support system for my Dad. They have been very kind when he accidentally hit the call button. They were extremely helpful and patient while we were in the process of setting the system up. It is very easy even for those who are not technologically equipped. Thank you MobileHelp for being there for our family. It gives me comfort knowing you are there when I cannot be at home with my Dad.”
