From the sale to setting up contacts, etc. I have had a pleasant experience with everyone I spoke with. Glad to know customer service is still important with Mobile help.

Thank you Mobile Help I feel so much better knowing my Mom can get help when she needs it she will never again lay on the floor for 3 hrs and not be able to get to the phone after she fell and broke her hip

MobileHelp emoyees are the best. They are so patient with me when I have so many guestion's. I did cancel the Fall alert, and they were great about it. I have the bracelet, and it gives me peace of mind to know they are there for me.

In the past -I broke my back twice then more recently —refractured L5 —so am a fall risk !! With my Alert around my neck -I know if I do fall !!—I can & will have help very quickly !! —& that provides me with a tremendous sense of comfort—Thank You Mobile Help!!

Mobile health has given me a sense of calm, peace and security both indoors and out. It has taken me a long time to make the decision that I should have made a long time ago. I'm glad that I did and I am glad that it is Mobile Health. They are prompt, helpful and courteous

I haven't had to use it at this moment, but hit the alert button by accident or it had fallen, I was cleaning yard and the weedwacker strap accidentally hit the button.

I was supposed to receive an overnight unit today. It did not come. The one I received yesterday was wrong. Can’t tell how long it will take to get here or if it is damaged since it didn’t arrive as promised

Fall detection system seems well thought out. Provides security & peace of mind at reasonable cost. Great customer service w set up. Highly recommend

I set this up for my father-law. 3 day in the alarm went off. He told them he was fine. They didn't,call any of the four numbers we gave your staff. They call my office at 5:30 in the morning. Ambulance came he mad. I was lied to! We returned it now we have no coverage! Have your staff to do there job there are told to do!

Namaste...We are TOTALLY satisfied with MobileHelp Products, Plan, People and Price. Our only negative comment would be the 'automatic fall protection' is annoyingly over sensitive and prone to false alerts. We accept that fact by telling ourself it is better for that feature to be overly sensitive than not sensitive. Love, Russ & Dee

I used Mobile Help for my husband. It is an excellent company and I referred a couple of friends to the company for their spouses. They provide great support and when my husband went out I felt comfortable with his using the GPS and the necklace. I live alone so I am using just the necklace and bracelet when I am home in case of a fall. Marcia S

I fell in my bath room and was unable to position myself to arise,. I did not feel any injury. I actvatrd my MobllevHelp alert and within 10 minutes the EMT arrived and assisted me in getting up and thourghly checked me for any injury and gave me the option of going to the hospital- which I declined. I am most grateful of their response. Jim Henderson
