I never gave my personal Care a second thought. I have always been able to take care of myself. Then I had to call 911 to help me get up from a fall I had in my back yard. My wife had to place the cal on my behalf. Now that she is no longer at home, due to an illness,I had to do somthing. .Noble help, was a God send.They took care of everything and I feel very good and safe everywhere I go now.

I am very active, work out and eat healthy. However, when my husband past away in January, my thoughts went immediately to my safety and what if I fall? What would I do? How would I get help? I went on line and read about Mobilehelp. I requested some information and was happy to receive a phone call the next day. The agent was helpful and the plan is exactly what I needed to feel comfortable in my home. I especially like the pad lock holder on my door. It has a combination lock which my best friend knows and Mobilehelp will share with emergency services if and when I need it. This way the front door won't have to be kicked in to rescue me. In addition, I like the emergency alert is small and not heavy as it hangs around my neck. The equipment was free and the cost of the service is less than a couple dollars a day...cheaper than a diet soda, ice tea and way less than Starbucks.

Customer service is great from the beginning to to the end . Delivery was perfect .. simple set up and such a relief for me when I leave my mom at home . Everything is right on target and such a light simple intuned necklace alert

Too much "equipment"!!! Too complex to use "equipment" properly. A "lockbox" and "wrist" device are not really needed. LIVELY has a "single device system" that I am considering switching over to; for an even better price. Note: Your "equipment" seems(?) to be working satisfactorily.

When I spoke with the agent about purchasing Mobilehelp for my mother, he was extremely helpful, professional & absolutely no high pressure sales pitch. Sadly two days after purchase, my mother was admitted to the hospital & then passed away. When I called to cancel Mobilehelp, the agent was very kind & compassionate. He helped guide me on what I needed to do to cancel & all of my money was returned immediately. I had paid for a year upfront. Highly recommend this company.

My newMoblieHelp arrived on time. My grandson got it in working order or me. I feel secure, having the button hanging around my neck at all times. Just pray that I will never need to use it! Simple, easy to use, wonderful customer service and I no longer need to worry about living alone. All of the "what if this happens" is no longer there where ever I go because my protection goes with me.

It appears to be working properly, I accidentally bumped against something and the response was a suspected fall. The response was immediate and proved to me that your company provides excelent service.

It seems to work OK but only holds a charge for 36 hours. It was 48 (as apposed to the 4 days the salesman said the battery would last. I called several times before I finally got hold of someone. He suggested cleaning it with alcohol which I did and put the charger on a windowsill, which I also did. That is when the battery life went from 48 hours to 36. I will call them again when I have a lot of time to actually get hold of a tech person.

They are very responsive in all aspects of this alert system. I worry a little bit less about my 92 year old mother now.

Super easy company to work with. We called with a list of questions and they really know their product. Have had a couple "fall detected" false alarms but it's easy to cancel with a 2 second push of the button and if Mom misses that, a voice comes on and addresses her by name and asks if she needs help. Very impressed!

When I go out to do errands I feel that if my wife falls she will receive the help needed. We both wear the wrist monitor at night.
