I was supposed to receive an overnight unit today. It did not come. The one I received yesterday was wrong. Can’t tell how long it will take to get here or if it is damaged since it didn’t arrive as promised

Fall detection system seems well thought out. Provides security & peace of mind at reasonable cost. Great customer service w set up. Highly recommend

I set this up for my father-law. 3 day in the alarm went off. He told them he was fine. They didn't,call any of the four numbers we gave your staff. They call my office at 5:30 in the morning. Ambulance came he mad. I was lied to! We returned it now we have no coverage! Have your staff to do there job there are told to do!

Namaste...We are TOTALLY satisfied with MobileHelp Products, Plan, People and Price. Our only negative comment would be the 'automatic fall protection' is annoyingly over sensitive and prone to false alerts. We accept that fact by telling ourself it is better for that feature to be overly sensitive than not sensitive. Love, Russ & Dee

I used Mobile Help for my husband. It is an excellent company and I referred a couple of friends to the company for their spouses. They provide great support and when my husband went out I felt comfortable with his using the GPS and the necklace. I live alone so I am using just the necklace and bracelet when I am home in case of a fall. Marcia S

I fell in my bath room and was unable to position myself to arise,. I did not feel any injury. I actvatrd my MobllevHelp alert and within 10 minutes the EMT arrived and assisted me in getting up and thourghly checked me for any injury and gave me the option of going to the hospital- which I declined. I am most grateful of their response. Jim Henderson

During the months I have been covered by Mobile Help, I have not had an accident or fall. However, many times, I have pressed the button in some way or another, and the call immediately came back to me to press the button to turn off the emergency call or stay on the line for an emergency. Satisfied.

We purchased this for a 98 year old friend who lives alone. She has accidentally set it off a couple times and mobile help was responding right away asking if she needed help. Thankfully she was ok but knowing they are there when she really needs help certainly lessens the worry of her insisting on living alone

These guys really know their stuff! And they are super friendly and patient. The system is easy to understand and I don't go anywhere without my fall button. It has saved my bacon more than once. And I didn't realize it, but when you get someone else to sign up, they have told me I will receive a $100 cash reward per person. Value for the money is outstanding!

MobilrHelp agent represented that battery charge would last for about a week. In fact, it lasts less than 48 hours. LifeAlert warned me of this. They were telling the truth. All the time the device is on the charger, it is not protecting me. The device goes off when I am in the shower. I no longer wear it in the shower.

I ordered the service. My father in law passed the next day. On the very next business day, I canceled the order. Nothing was shipped. I was told I would be refunded in the next 30 days. DID NOT HAPPEN!! I called, and was told to wait another 5 days. DID NOT HAPPEN!!! I called again, and was told it would be in my account by end of that business day. Two days later…still not there. I called again, I was told it was put in my accounts, but would not show up for 2-3 days. I expect I will be calling again! Funny how you can take my money out in one day, but you can’t give it back until I have called many times and had to tell my story every single time. My next call will be to the Better Business Bureau!!!!! Give me back my money for items you never shipped to me!!!!!!!

Base unit did not work. Three days of calling tech support. They tried and said it was fine. However, needed 911 and it failed. Luckily I was there and called 911. Then, while assisting my mom waiting for an ambulance they called and wanted to make a report. I said I am helping my mom and she got mad and said she needed to make a report. Really. While my mom is dying?

Goes off ALL of the time. Cant talk back into and 911 got called. Apparatus is too big.
