So far we have not needed to use the service but the peace of mind of having it available is priceless. The unit was easy to set up and test. MobileHelp is a huge part of allowing my mother to maintain her independence and not feel like a burden to her loved ones which is not possible from our perspective but it is an issue for aging parents, MobileHelp allows us to respect that. Thank you!

They were helpful in allowing my husband to stay home by himself while I am at work since he got his leg amputated on New Year's day and if he did not have this medical alert system his parents would want him there with them in case he falls but they can't pick him up either. It allowed him the independence to stay here without worrying about him falling and having problems getting up. Fortunately, he has not had to use that system, but it is nice to know that help is just a button away.

I have not had it for long but have a difficulty hearing those on the other end. I have the volume up as loud as it goes and with hearing problems, I may not hear them when I really need them. Might have to switch if it continues.

Very informative initial call with good instructions and help to set up. The system arrived just a few days after placing my order. I Feel at peace knowing my Mom has this as a way to communicate her need for help when I'm not with her. The fact they will try calling my Mom and me before calling 911, in case it was a false alarm, is a nice courtesy.

I have had some falls prior to getting my MobileHelp system. My family was worried about me, so I researched different units online and found MobileHelp to be what I needed. I got a full set of devices which enables me to contact them, even without pushing a button. I feel very safe now.

Not sure how reliable the "fall protectiion" is .... i fell this morning but my device didnt pick it up. However i did not need help as i was able to grab the door to pull myself up. I would rate a 5 except for this experience.

I was very happy with their service as they helped me cancel when I did not need the coverage at the time. I found myself not needing the device/wearing it, but I am happy to know that in the future I will be getting this. Every representative I spoke to was kind and courteous, as well as efficient. They allowed me to cancel without pressure.

Unit was received promptly. However, upon returning the unit, the promised credit to be issued would take anywhere from 5-30 days. This is a very long time to issue a credit and they could not even tell me the amount that will be creditedl
