MOST OF THE TIME WHEN I TEST ,i GET A FAILED ON AND SOMETIMES AFTER A FEW MIN. IT SAYS ALL IS OKAY AND OTHER TIMES STAYS AT FAILED NO NOTHING BACK. THIS "MOBILEHELP CONFUSES ME TO NO END. YES,AND I HAVE CALLED IN ON IT AND AM NOW ON MY 2ND MOBILEHELP AS THE 1ST MOBILEHELP WAS REPLACED AND RETURNED. POOR QUALITY IS ALL I CAN THINK IT CAN BE. HMMM???

The fall button is very sensitive, which is good. But the response from your call center is slow. My wife rolled over and the fall button was activated, then I tried to clear the call but the request to cancel didn't go through and I waited for someone at the call center to answer. That took longer than, in my belief, it should.

In the initial setup of the system for my mother we did a test call to the operator......we were put on hold for 5 seconds....couldn't help but laugh....emergency system and we get put on hold first time we test the system.....

We never got the chance to use the mobile help unit as my dad went to the hospital and is now in a nursing home. I will say that the customer help is excellent and the return of the unit was easy.

The device has given my family a sense of security as well as myself. I like the fact that I don't need to sleep in it and that it is shower safe, as long as it is not immersed in water. I am still getting used to wearing it and there are two things I don't like about it. Mine is very sensitive to the touch. I have had to cancel alert calls because I have laid it on the bed while changing clothes, or touched it while putting on a jacket. There have been several of these occasions. Also It cannot be worn under clothing. It is not attractive to wear when wearing for a party or dress up occasion. I don't want to leave it at home when going out but hate wearing such a visible device. Maybe I should have gotten the one worn on the wrist!

So far no issues with MobileHelp after almost one month. Setting up was easy. Testing was easy with the steps. The fall detection I purchased worked during testing. Hopefully, this will work when it is truly needed, but no worries at this time.

I haven't had to use it as yet but appreciate the simple way it works and that you can check with MobileHelp every once in a while to be sure it is working OK. I am completely satisfied.

I had a good experience ordering and receiving the button for around my neck. I didn't open the package to see the device as I had to cancel my order and sent it to the company. HMS

Although we only needed to use MobileHelp for a short period of time, the customer service was excellent. It was so easy to sign up and then to return once our loved one passed. Thank you so much for being so delicate during this time.

First of all, I never received my equipment when I was told I would. Then I was told my equipment wouldn't be sent for another 2 weeks. I cancelled and said I wanted my money back. I was given a return number (verification). I waited a couple weeks. Then see the charge on my bank statement. I called right away. I was then told it was put back in my account that day. The girl evidently LIED to me. It has been a week and no credit.

Hi Sherrell, We received your review and we apologize for your experience at the time of cancellation. This is not an experience we want any of our customers to have. Your account was cancelled prior to shipment on 1/12/23. Payment made using a checking account have a 10 business day clearing period. MobileHelp has been amazing in helping keep our mother safe. They are fast to respond if you have to contact them great about letting you know when battery is low. They keep us well informed we would highly recommend them

I had always thought of these companies and devices as just another money making company but my family insisted if I wanted to live alone after having a life changing situation I ordered one. Within 3 days of set up I was extremely grateful I had gotten one!! I needed help at 1:30 in the morning, pushed the button and help arrived within 7 minutes. Thank You MobileHelp!!

Shortly after ordering MobileHelp, my mother went into Hospice and no longer needed the device. MobileHelp was so helpful instructing me how to return it.
