Great service!! Mobile Help is the right package. We have two accounts for my 95 year old mother and my 82 year old mother in law. They each have balance issues. Each is independent, living in their homes. I often get scolded, these ladies will remind you.. I can do it myself. Yet, these strong women embrace their necklaces and wrist bands. They like knowing that Mobile Help has got their backs. Thankfully, we have never had a true emergency. Our mother’s have set the pendents off. An agent confirmed each was okay. Later, they would talk about how kind or gracious the voice checking on them was. It made them trust the system more. They didn’t feel like a burden. Keep up the good work!

I'm a returnee to Mobile Help. I find the customer service excellent and reachable. The equipment is sturdy...and happy to have left a former "junkie equipment" service.

Mobile Help is very reassuring for me. I do a lot of work outside in a pretty remote area. I wear the Mobile Help monitor outside so if I do fall, I will have instant response from Mobile Help. It gives me peace of mind, so I can do more and have better quality of life. Would definitely recommend it.

As I've aged, live by myself, and fallen several times. I decided I needed a way for someone else to know if I've fallen. So I checked on line for plans I could order. I came across a web site that ranked several such companies. And MobilHelp was ranked number one. I chose them and have been pleased with the peace of mind they have provided for me.

Purchased for elderly parent. Customer service has been stellar. Price was great and product arrived quickly and exactly as described!! Love the text messages reminding us item needs charging and elderly parent gets immediate notifications re same. Such a sense of security for the entire family! Highly recommend!!

I am not happy with the lanyard. It has gone off twice without my touching it as far as I know and also did not fall. The second time was just as church was going to start. It was very embarrassing to have to announce to the congregation that the first responders might be coming since I couldn't get it to disconnect. Finally, I shut the whole thing off. Fortunately, the first responders didn't come.

It did not work for me. The alarm for falling went off 12 times in one month when I never fell. I returned the equipment.

I had to file a complaint with the Arizona fraud department to receive my refund for a device I had not received after waiting 10 days. The receiving date changed three times. Three times I was told a supervisor would call me and three times they did not. I was grossly overcharged with fees never disclosed such as two months payment up front. I was promised free shipping and was charged for it. I rejected multiple times the $6 per month premium and was charged as well. It was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I have never in my life had to file a complaint with consumer fraud. Until I dealt with Mobile Help. I do have a medical alert device. However, I went with a company that deals with me honestly and doesn't have the deceptive practices of Mobile Help.

I feel like there is a lot equipment to keep up with, moving it around over the house. We have hardly used the necklaces, but maybe we will later. The watches seem to work fine and the bathroom alarm I like.

They are there when needed!!! I can’t believe how on top they are even for a minor misstep. If ever the need should arise will use them again and pass their info on to friends and loved ones.
