Everyone was very helpful and did all they could to make this experience for my om a good one. Unfortunately her home is in a dead spot for connecting service. It was very disappointing for us buy I had nothing to do with the product or service

I am a new user - have had it for about 2 months. I am pretty satisfied with it so far. I have the all in one pendant which is nice and small. You can speak into it. Has fall detection which can be canceled if it's in error. Charges very quickly and lets you know when the charge is running low.

This is an amazing product. I bought it for my 90 YO mother and she loves the necklace and only takes it off for charging

We have had Life Alert, MobileHelp, for 4 weeks and are happy that we chose this system. So far, knock on wood we haven't had an emergency, but I know they will answer if I push the button. Several times MobileHelp has called us to see if we have called them, but I tell them "No Emergency". They politely tell me they are glad of no emergency, so I am confident they will respond when I actually need the help.

I hate it. It’s always saying fall detected and all I do sometimes is bend over to pick up something. It’s gone off 4 times and I’ve barely used it a month. And I can never shut the alert off no matter how many times I push the button. I wear it to give my son peace of mind but I hate hate hate it.

The fall alert went off a lot, even when I was sitting down, the last time I couldn't cancel the alarm and I was in public at a baseball game. Returned it the next day.

It was basically the same as the one I have except black instead of white. And I didn't like the yearly charge.

My mom was very reluctant to get any equipment that she had to put on her neck for she can no longer reach above her head. However, she has figured out that she can spin the connector to the front and is able, still with difficulty for her hands shake and her eyesight is failing, but she will finally get the lanyard fastened. I would suggest a magnetic clasp that connects more easily as the two ends start to come together.

I am pleased to say that this device and alert system for monitoring falls is excellent. I'm also pleased that the monitoring lets you know when you need to charge your battery.

It is hard to write a review as I am simply wearing the necklace and have not needed To press the button. I do feel good about having it in case it becomes needed. My internet is not faithful and I cannot tell when it is not on. I have been advised by family That I am not receiving calls. Techs are sent, but the problem remains. I may need to change providers.
