“I feel safe in my home, also when I am driving down the road. When I fallen in my bathroom and I could not get up, I didhave my telphone in my walker so I could call 911”

In the past I have felt with other companies in mobile help service. Believe me they cannot compeat in customer service, product knowledge, and honesty. “I did some research and was instrumental in my friend's decision to go with MobileHelp. Since we are together often, it is very reassuring to know that the push of a button will bring help for both of us. It is even more reassuring to know that he can receive prompt help when I'm not around.”

“Outstanding service and explanation of pricing options. No hard sell like other similar firms. Emergency response is always friendly, immediate and thorough, even when I accidentally set off device. A bit higher in price than others, but professionalism and expert help made this a no brainer for me. Highly recommend for peace of mind.”

“I am very happy that I have the "FALL DETECTED" alarm pendant BUT do NOT wear this to a Classical concert where it went off during a solo. This is embarrassment. This alarm is TOO sensitive!”

“The contact people were friendly and helpful in ordering what we needed and were looking forward to use this system. The tech was very helpful in trying to get access to AT &T but alas could not get any reception. Was very surprised as we live only twenty miles from a major metropolitan city. Looked like was a very good system if not for the poor reception from AT & T.”

“I've have had to use Mobile Help on several occasions since I received it in fact that very afternoon I got the unit response was courteous and quick I have bragged your service to All my friends. I'm also very happy with the mobile unit I keep it with my power chair service”

“The lanyards are strong but thin. That makes them easy to wear. I also got the fall detection pendant. It really does work. It has gone off three times already. One time I had suddenly went down forward, but fortunately didn't fall, I had something to hold onto. One time my cat jumped on me and landed right on the button. I don't think I will ever have an undetectable fall. I like the fat that it has GPS so response team can find me easily.”
