“The people I spoke both took the time and explained a lot that I had not understood and we changed some people and phone numbers. I had not been using the little mobilehelp and it had run out of battery since the 13th. I know how to call if I need something. I know I have picked the better group with MobileHelp. “I am a new widow and have never lived alone before. I am healthy with no major issues but I wanted to be safe rather than sorry. I am on the go most of the time and MobileHelp had the best answer for me. Safety in the house AND on the go. I am looking forward to the new device that will be out in December that works similarly to a smart watch. No more device to carry in my purse or on my body. Efficient, effective and cost conscience. I am thrilled with what you have to offer.”
